    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant swinepox virus comprising a foreign DNA sequence. SOLUTION: The recombinant swinepox virus comprises a foreign DNA sequence inserted into the swinepox virus genomic DNA, wherein the foreign DNA sequence is inserted within a HindIII N fragment of the swinepox virus genomic DNA and is capable of being expressed in a swinepox virus infected host cell. Further a homology vector, a vaccine and a method of immunization are also provided. The homology vector comprises (a) a double stranded foreign DNA usually absent in the swinepox virus genome, (b) a double stranded swinepox virus DNA homologous to the virus genome present at one side of a HindIII N fragment of a coding region of the swinepox virus genome, present at one terminal of the foreign DNA, and (c) a double stranded swinepox virus DNA homologous to the virus genome present at the other side of the HindIII N fragment of the coding region of the swinepox virus genome, present at the other terminal of the foreign DNA.
