PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint for piping which excels in piping workability and has a high sealability.SOLUTION: The joint for piping includes: a metallic joint body 11; and an outer surface covering part 12 covering an outer surface of the metallic joint body 11 with a resin. The outer surface covering part 12 has a pipe insertion part which has a cylindrical shape and in which the inner circumferential surface is tapered. The pipe insertion part has a seal ring 13 which is mounted from an opening end part to the inner circumferential surface. The seal ring 13 has a ring-shaped projection part protruding inside from an inner circumferential part. When a distal end part of a resin coating pipe is inserted into the insertion part while partially peeling a covering layer, a covering end part is butted to the projection part of the seal ring 13.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure excellent in long-term rust prevention, which can suppress reduction in axial force by relaxation when joining steel materials with bolts, a method for manufacturing the bolts used therefor, and a construction procedure (construction method) for preventing friction damage of a long-term rust-preventive film caused by fastening of the bolt. SOLUTION: The joint structure is manufactured by joining the steel materials, each coated with a spray film, with hot-dip-galvanized bolts and subsequently coating spray films onto the bolts. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange forming machine of a tubular material which can expand and bend the tubular material till 90° to an outer side only by a primary roller. SOLUTION: The forming machine forms the flange at the end part of the tubular material. The forming machine includes: an almost conical rotating and revolving roller slidingly contacting with the end part of the tubular material while pressing it; a roller support member for rotatably supporting the roller; an arm turning the roller support member in a front and rear direction in such a way that the roller is tilted and turned in a diameter expansion direction of the end part while gradually moving a sliding contact part of the roller with the end part of the tubular material to the root side of the roller; and a means for rotating the arm to allow the roller to revolve along the end part of the tubular material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint high in connecting reliability and easy in the confirmation of connection to a pipe. SOLUTION: The joint is for inserting a pipe in a joint body for connection in which a space between the inner peripheral face of the joint body and the outer peripheral face of the pipe is sealed by an O-ring, and includes a push-in ring disposed at the inner peripheral part of the joint body and pressed and inserted by a tip of the pipe, an O-ring disposed at a rear part of the push-in ring, a pressing ring abutting on a rear part of the O-ring and urged in the push-in direction of the O-ring, and a lock member positioned at the outer peripheral side of the pipe. When the push-in ring is pressed and advanced by the insertion of the pipe, the O-ring is accordingly pressed by the pressing ring and advanced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint capable of improving pipe connecting work efficiency and facilitating confirmation of normal connection by optimizing screwing depth of a cap nut in the pipe joint to which the end of a connection pipe is inserted to be fastened with the cap nut for achieving connection. SOLUTION: The pipe joint includes a joint body having a connection pipe insertion recess part between an inner cylinder part and an outer cylinder part formed concentrically on the outside of the inner cylinder part, and the cap nut. When the end of the connection pipe is inserted between the inner cylinder part and the outer cylinder part via an insertion port arranged in the cap nut for the connection pipe and the cap nut is screwed to the outer cylinder part to be fastened around it, the connection pipe is connected by the pipe joint. The pipe joint also includes a positioning lock means positioning an initial screwing position of the cap nut, and a positioning lock releasing means allowing the cap nut to turn when the end of the connection pipe is inserted to the bottom of the connection pipe insertion recess part.
