    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy having high strength, high electrical conductivity and excellent bending property.
    SOLUTION: The wrought copper alloy consists of 1-2.5 wt.% of nickel, 0.5-2.0 wt.% of cobalt, 0.5-1.5 wt.% of silicon, 0.15 wt.% or lower of magnesium, and a balance being copper and inevitable impurities, wherein a total of nickel and cobalt contents is 1.7-4.3 wt.%; a ratio of nickel to cobalt by weight is in between 1.01:1 and 2.6:1; a ratio of (Ni+Co)/Si is in between 3.5:1 and 6:1. Electrical conductivity is higher than 40% IACS, yield strength is higher than 655 MPa, the minimum bending radius as a function of strip thickness in both of good direction bending and bad direction bending is 4t or lower, and the average particle diameter after a solution treatment at 950°C is 20 micron or smaller.
