Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret filter medium which develops stable collection efficiency while maintaining general filter properties such as pressure drops, filtering efficiency and strength of an air filter.SOLUTION: In the electret filter medium used for the pleat type filter unit that develops 50%-99% of the JIS 11 type colorimetry method collection efficiency at the initial stage among the performance evaluation methods defined by JIS B 9908:2001, it is characterized by bonding a sheet (A) which can be electretted with a web (B) that contains a short fiber which can be electretted. The portion (B layer)composing the short fiber that can be electretted after the heat pressure welding satisfies the following requirements (a)-(c): (a) the bulk density is 0.03-0.20 g/cmand the thickness is 1.5 mm or less, (b) the bending rebound property by the Gurley method is 100-500 mg and (c) the attachment amount of an oil agent is 0.1 wt.% or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification filter material that exhibits excellent dust visibility, antifungal effect and durability, can be pleated, and has low ventilation resistance and high deodorizing performance.SOLUTION: This air purification filter material 1 includes: an upstream cover layer 2; and a downstream activated carbon layer 3. The upstream cover layer 2 is formed of a sheet of 10-100g/mcarrying phthalocyanine copper compound and a silver product which is manufactured by a wet type paper making method, hydroentangling or spunbonding. The amount of carried phthalocyanine copper compound is 0.01-0.1g/m. The upstream cover layer 2 is disposed on the outermost layer of the filter material 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained-release biodegradable coating agent comprising a polylactic acid-based resin having self-emulsification function of forming stable aqueous dispersion without adding an emulsifier, and a body with the sustained-release biodegradable coat, because: it is convenient that when a polylactic acid-based biodegradable resin to be used as a coating agent is able to form an aqueous dispersion, the biodegradable coated body can be readily obtained by a method comprising dissolving or dispersing the component to be coated into the aqueous dispersion, and then spraying the aqueous dispersion itself to vaporize moisture into a particle form, or the like; and it is preferable that when the polylactic acid-based biodegradable resin is self-emulsifiable one that can form aqueous dispersion without adding a surfactant, there occurs no release of surfactants in the environment during the biodegrading process so as to reduce environmental load.SOLUTION: This sustained-release biodegradable coating agent comprises a copolymer polyurethane resin having a polylactic acid segment and a sulfonate group-containing segment in the molecule. The body with the sustained-release biodegradable coat is obtained by coating a component to be coated with the coating agent.

It is provided that a polyester composition for electrical/electronic part-sealing material having melt fluidity, initial peel strength, and initial dielectric breakdown strength that are required for electrical/electronic part-sealing material while also having excellent heat resistance, resistance to thermal aging, and durability with respect to hot-cold cycling. A polyester resin composition for electrical/electronic part-sealing material, comprising, as a main component, a copolymer polyester elastomer containing 50 weight % or more and 70 weight % or lower of an aliphatic polycarbonate segment and having 6 equivalents/106 g or more and 50 equivalents/106 g or lower of terminal vinyl groups.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film which has excellent dimensional stability and is capable of reducing rainbow-like mottle even in a wide viewing angle.SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film for protecting a polarizer whose thermal shrinkage ratio at 150°C is 6.0% or less, retardation obtained by Equation (1) below is 500nm or less, fluctuation of the retardation in a film width direction is 250nm/m or less, and plane orientation coefficient ΔP of the film is 0.160 to 0.175.
