Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel double-stranded RNA that has high nuclease resistance and high cellular uptake efficiency, and that is capable of producing an excellent RNA interference effect. The present invention provides a lipid-modified double-stranded RNA comprising a sense strand having a nucleotide sequence complementary to a target sequence, and an antisense strand having a nucleotide sequence complementary to the sense strand, the double-stranded RNA being capable of inhibiting the expression of the target gene, the sense strand having a lipid linked to at least one of the first to sixth nucleotides from the 5′ end side directly or via a linker.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-stranded cyclic RNA having high in vivo safety, in vivo stability and sustained release properties and to provide a method for producing the single-stranded cyclic RNA in a high yield. SOLUTION: The single-stranded cyclic RNA comprises a sense chain sequence, an antisense chain sequence complementary to the sense chain sequence, and the same or different two loop sequences bonding both the chains between the sense chain and the antisense chain, forms a system by pairing of the sense chain and the antisense chain, and has continuous or sustained RNA interferential action. Abstract:
The present invention relates to a single-chain circular RNA having a sustained or slow-releasing RNA interference effect, characterized in that the single-chain circular RNA comprises a sense strand sequence, an antisense strand sequence complementary to the sense strand sequence, identical or different two loop sequences between the sense strand and the antisense strand, connecting both strands, wherein the sense strand and the antisense strand are paired to form a stem.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic polymer composition compounded with talc as a filler, which can disappear an injury, even when the surface of an obtained resin molded article is injured, and can prevent the damaging of design, beautiful appearance, texture and the like of the surface. SOLUTION: This olefinic polymer composition is characterized by compounding an olefinic polymer with colorant-coated talc coated with a colorant as a filler. The colorant is preferably a colorant expressing a hue of the same system as that of the olefinic polymer, such as carbon black. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modified inorganic filler blendable with a polyester resin such as a polycarbonate resin while efficiently preventing reduction in molecular weight. SOLUTION: The surface modified inorganic filler is produced by performing surface treatment on a hydroxyl group-containing inorganic filler or an alkaline inorganic filler with an organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1). In formula (1): Rs are hydrogen atoms or 1-10C alkyl groups, and may be the same or different, provided at least one of R is a hydrogen atom; and n is an integer of 50-300.
