Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling of a lining material without exposing a fixing tool on the surface of the lining material. SOLUTION: In the lining material 1 joined by the fitting of the mortise-like strip 5 provided to one side part of the lining material 1 and the mortise-like grooved strip 6 provided to the other side part thereof, a fixing part 6d is provided on the side of the mortise-like grooved strip 6 so as to extend toward the outside from the surface 1a of the lining material 1 to be positioned on the side of the wall surface Ka of a structure K. After the lining material 1 is opposed to the wall surface Ka of the structure K to fix the fixing part 6d to the wall surface Ka by the fixing tool 7, the mortise-like strip 5 is fitted to the mortise-like grooved strip 6 provided in the vicinity of the fixing part 6d to join the lining material 1, and the fixing part 6d and the fixing tool 7 are covered with the lining material 1. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lining material from being turned up from the surface side of its jointed part. SOLUTION: The lining material is spirally or annularly joined to the inner surface of an existing pipe being one example of a structure in the pipe axial direction of the existing pipe and a groove, which is opened over a predetermined width so as to go toward the side opposite to the inner surface of the existing pipe and extends in the length direction of the lining material, is formed to the joined part of the lining material. Then, the groove is filled with a filler such as a resin or the like in a molten state to be made flush with the surface of the lining material positioned on the side opposite to the inner surface of the existing pipe. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a wall body with high seepage control performance around a pipe laid in ground; to reduce costs; and to shorten a construction period. SOLUTION: Ground G and a sluice pipe Z are separated from each other by closing an annular opening of the sluice pipe Z by means of a circumferential seal 1; a boring rod 6 is pushed out into the ground G through the circumferential seal 1 and the opening, and rotated on the axis of the rod 6; and a wall constructing material Y is ejected from an ejection port at the leading end of the boring rod 6, so that the wall constructing material Y can be infilled into a bored hole V while the hole V is bored in the ground G. Boring steps like this are repeated while the boring rod 6 is revolved in the circumferential direction Q of the sluice pipe Z, so that an annular groove M composed of the plurality of bored holes V in the state of continuing around the sluice pipe Z can be formed. After that, the annular wall body is constructed around the sluice pipe Z by hardening the wall constructing material Y in the groove M. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining method which is applicable to a non-circular existing pipe while holding a cross-sectional reduction percentage by lining to be small and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: The lining apparatus 10 has a guide frame 36 arranged along the cross section of the existing pipe 12, and a conveyance unit 48 and an engagement unit 50 are fitted movably to the guide frame 36. The conveyance unit 48, while moving on the guide frame 36, holds a strip 14 by two feed rollers 88, forcively delivers the strip 14, and pushes the strip 14 at a prescribed acute angle against the inner surface of the existing pipe 12. The engagement unit 50, while moving on the guide frame 36, holds a joiner 24 against the strip 14 pushed by a joining roller 102 to engage the joiner 24. Since the strip 14 is pushed and stuck against the inner surface of the existing pipe 12 by the conveyance unit 48 and the engagement unit 50, the cross-sectional reduction percentage by the lining is held to be small so that the strip can be pipe-made independent of the cross-sectional shape of the existing pipe 12. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability without requiring connecting operation within an existing tube. SOLUTION: A method for regerating the existing tube comprises assembling an arc member and a connection member inside manhole etc. and then creating a plurality of ring body units 10. It comprises carrying them into the installed tube 32 in sequence and lining up without connecting the ring body unit 10 with each other. It comprises winding up a belt-like inside member 40 on inner surface of the ring body unit 10 after they are arranged and then forming inner surface of the regeneration tube. It comprises injecting a filling from above net-like spacer 34 between the belt-like inside member 40 rolled and the installed tube 32 and making the installed tube 32 in one piece with the ring body unit 10 and the belt-like inside member 40.
