    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packaging a food, capable of uniformly packaging solid and liquid components of the food into a packaging container, capable of reducing labor cost, and capable of increasing production efficiency, by tentatively giving viscosity to the food in such a form that the solid and liquid components are mixed, filling the packaging container with the food by an automatized machine, and removing the viscosity of the food. SOLUTION: This method for packaging the food comprises packaging such a food that a broth of the food including solid ingredients has no viscosity or the viscosity of the food is low, wherein the method has a viscosity-giving step for adding a viscous material to the food to make the food have the viscosity, a filling step for filling the packaging container with the food made to have the viscosity through the viscosity-giving step together with an enzyme for degrading the viscous material, a sealing step for sealing the packaging container given through the filling step and filled with contents of the food, a viscosity-removing step for removing the viscosity of the contents by activating the enzyme in the packaging container, and a deactivating step for deactivating the enzyme contained in the packaging container given through the viscosity-removing step.
