    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food composition derived from natural substance, having no risk of byproducts and usable for preventing and ameliorating chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipemia, cardiovascular disease or heart disease so-called the lifestyle-related disease. SOLUTION: The health food composition comprises the following: (a) components having an appetite-suppressing function; (b) components having a digestive enzyme activity-inhibiting function; (c) mushroom/chitosan composite polysaccharide components; and (d) dietary fibers. The composition may be formulated in addition to the following components other than the components (a)-(d) described above: (e) components supplementing the digestive enzyme activity-inhibiting function; (f) components inhibiting fat malabsorption, or promoting a fat-burning and -excreting function; (g) components having an intestinal environment-improving function; (h) components having a function of inhibiting carbohydrate absorption, a sugar transferring capability-promoting function, an insulin production-promoting function or an insulin accepter-activating function; (i) components having minerals; (j) components having vitamins; (k) components having amino acids; (l) components having a total blood cholesterol-suppressing function; and (m) components having an elevated blood pressure-suppressing function.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition exhibiting an anti-blood coagulation action, not as a pharmaceutical used under supervision by a medical doctor nor as a food requiring special supervision by the medical doctor. SOLUTION: The composition comprises as essential ingredients both CoQ-10 and Natto-kinase, and is provided in a form such as a soft capsule, a hard capsule, a tablet, a powder or a solution so that it can be readily orally ingested. A deactivation-prevention treatment by coating the surroundings of the Natto-kinase with a coating resistant to gastric acid in the stomach suppresses attenuation of activities of Natto-kinase by the acid in the stomach in the case of oral ingestion. The oral ingestion composition of such a constitution is effectively used for prevention of exacerbation of blood rheology and blood coagulation diseases of persons who ingest it.
