Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that gives an incentive related to recycling of articles or wastes to both sellers of products or commodities and waste disposers or consumers while surely and further efficiently collecting and managing wastes. SOLUTION: Individual sales information is generated by combining identification information and management information of an article with identification information of a seller. The individual sales information is stored in a computer system. Individual disposal information is generated by combining the identification information and management information of an article with an identification number of a waste disposer who executes disposal and disposal information added to the management information. The individual disposal information is collated with the individual sales information in the computer system when the article is used, transported, discarded, reused, recycled or disposed or the like. It is determined whether or not the management information and disposal information of an article conforms to reference information previously stored in a data storage medium so as to obtain determination information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water flow utilizing power generator suitable for small-scale hydroelectric power generation easily and dispersively installed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The water flow utilizing power generator is provided with a power generating unit wherein a rotating drum 12 forming an outer peripheral part is disposed rotatably around an axis with respect to a built-in part 14 which is an inner part of the rotating drum 12, and generating power by being rotated by receiving the water flow while being floated in the water flow; a mooring material 20 for mooring the power generating unit 10 in the water flow; and a current collector wire 30 water-tightly connected to the built-in part 14 and collecting the generated electric power.
