    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing conjugated linoleic acid with a high acid value which can be used for food, nutritional supplementary food, feed and the like, and comprises less than 1.0% trans-trans fatty acid isomers on molar basis.SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: treating a composition comprising esters of linoleic acid such as safflower, sunflower, and corn oil with an alcoholate catalyst to produce a conjugated linoleic acid ester composition; saponifying it with alkali to produce a conjugated fatty acid composition; and treating it with a mild acid wash to produce a free conjugated fatty acid composition.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing conjugated linoleic acid with a high acid value, usable for food products, dietary supplements, feeds, and the like and comprising less than 1.0% trans-trans fatty acid isomers on molar basis.
