SOLUTION: This metal-made cylinder head gasket for an internal combustion engine includes: one or more opening parts 3 arranged adjacent to each other corresponding to a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine; at least one-layer sheet metal layer 1, 1', 2; and a membrane 16 disposed adjacent to the edge part of at least one opening part 3 and operated by the gas pressure of the combustion chamber. The movement of the membrane 16 can be captured through a pressure sensor 9 disposed in one sheet metal layer 2 of the one-layer sheet metal layers 1, 1', 2. A bore 7, the combustion chamber side of which is closed by the membrane 16, is provided between the outer edge part of the sheet metal layer 2 and the edge part of the opening part 3 of a specified combustion chamber. The membrane 16 air-tightly closes the bore 7 on the combustion chamber side, and the pressure sensor 9 can be axially pressurized to the bore 7 in the axial direction by the membrane 16.
