PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used paper weighing and individual-distribution device in a used paper weighing device, capable of making recycled paper in which fibers are stable even when making paper by producing pulp from used paper including a plurality of materials.SOLUTION: A small-sized apparatus for recycling used paper comprises a step of producing used paper pulp and a step of making paper from the used paper pulp. The step of producing used paper pulp includes: a used paper weighing part having a used paper weighing device for weighing segmentalized used paper; and a disintegration and beating part for disintegrating and/or beating used paper fed from the used paper weighing part to produce used paper pulp suspension. A used paper weighing and individual-distribution device in the small-sized apparatus for recycling used paper is characterized in that the step of producing used paper pulp includes weighing a plurality of classified used paper, and feeding them to the disintegration and beating part individually to enable the production of used paper pulp in which the plurality of classified used paper are blended at an optional weight ratio.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for cleaning an article, such as a substrate for electronic materials, which can be applied to electronic materials such as silicon substrates for semiconductors, glass substrates for liquid crystals and wafers, requiring high cleaning degree, without using an organic solvent and can remove contaminants of fine particles and glass resists.SOLUTION: A device for cleaning an article, such as a substrate for electronic materials, includes: a reservoir tank 6 for storing a liquid used for spraying, cleaning and the like; a nanobubble generator 7 for generating nanobubbles in the liquid from the reservoir tank; and a device body. At one side of the device body, a supply port Z1 for an article Y to be cleaned is provided; and at the other side, a delivery port Z2 for delivering the article which has been cleaned is provided. Inside of the device, a spraying mechanism 1, a brushing mechanism 2 and a jetting mechanism 3 are provided. A delivery mechanism 4 for delivering the article which has been cleaned with the liquid from the delivery port, and an air jetting mechanism 5 facing the delivery mechanism at the delivery port side are provided. A method for cleaning the article is also provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for winding recycled paper and a method for winding the same, that quantitatively wind recycled paper manufactured by a small paper recycling machine in the roll form, have breakability and dischargeability and are superior in workability including import and export, maintainability, safety and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a tension adjusting portion 1, a rotating shaft 2b, a rotating arm portion 2, a guide portion 3, a winding portion 4 and a cutting portion 6. When the recycled paper is wound, it is wound by rotating the rotating axis of the rotating arm portion 2 with a predetermined angle upwardly to its center and by continuously providing a certain rotating load against a shaft portion of driving means such as a motor for winding. When the recycle paper is cut, a pushing plate 6b' for preventing shift and slack equipped over and under a cutting blade of the cutting portion 6 is pushed against a fixed planer plate 6c to fix and cut the recycled paper. When the recycled paper is exported, a disk-shape member equipped in the forward and backward driving means 5a' is moved backwardly to push the paper.

In the drinking water server which is loaded with bottle water as raw water and places bottle water substantially on a floor, a stage (S) where a plurality of metal rods (2) with its both end parts respectively bent downward are arrayed on a bottom plate (1) with their lengthwise directions parallel to the front-back direction of the stage (S), is formed in a place (A) where bottle water (W) of the drinking water server is set. Here, first, an end part of the bottle water (W) is put on a front part of the stage (S), and then, the bottle water (W) is slid on the stage (S) and inserted up to a rear part of the stage (S) while a contact area between the bottle water (W) and the stage (S) is made small.
