Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a material web so as to obtain improved web motion characteristics during revolution of a drum.SOLUTION: A device includes an adjustable drum which inverts a material web. The drum can be adjusted with two degrees of freedom and is connected to two actuators. At least one of the actuator has one side held by a first connection portion and the other side held to revolve by a second connection portion connected to at least one drum. At least one of the actuators is connected to a calculation circuit, which calculates a length L of the actuator according to a numerical expression from a relative vector interval between the first connection portion and second connection portion of a predetermined pivot and a predetermined angle α of revolution of the drum, and substitutes (α=0°) in the vector interval of the second connection portion from the pivot when the drum is not revolved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark detection method operated surely even when a mark not universal exists in a bandlike object, or even when a plurality of kinds of marks exist therein. SOLUTION: This method of detecting the mark of the moving bandlike object forms a propriety signal for expressing whether a position value found in the present time point is appropriate or not, from the position value, by applying a weight function depending on a position. SOLUTION: The calibration element 1 has at least one support foot 8 to specify a relationship between an object thickness 19 and image-forming magnification 18, and the length 9 of the support foot 8 is selected to produce a change that can be evaluated within the image forming magnification 18 of camera images 14, 14' by reversing the calibration element 1 to set it down on the at least one support foot 8, and the length 9 of the at least one support foot 8 is at least twice as large as the wall thickness 10 of the calibration element 1 in a calibration region 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for testing blanks for folding, which can be used universally in various application cases that are extremely diverse.SOLUTION: A blank 2 for folding is folded toward at least one blade 12, so that the blade 12 is located between a plurality of layers 10, 14 of the blank 2 for folding. A component 16 is provided opposite the blade 12, outside the blank 2 for folding. Waves 17 are propagated between the component 16 and the blade 12. The blade 12 has at least one physical property regarding the waves 17 which differs from the physical property of the blank 2 for folding.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for controlling a position of a web and a corrugated cardboard with an unprocessed deckle edge for improving manufacturing precision since waste paper is not optimally used because of an imprecise manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A method and an apparatus are provided for preferably controlling a position of one or more webs, particularly a web in paper or paperboard form used in manufacturing a corrugated cardboard and a corrugated cardboard with an unprocessed deckle edge, wherein in order to control the position of the web by a position operating device, position information detected downstream by a position detection means is used.
