    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a material web so as to obtain improved web motion characteristics during revolution of a drum.SOLUTION: A device includes an adjustable drum which inverts a material web. The drum can be adjusted with two degrees of freedom and is connected to two actuators. At least one of the actuator has one side held by a first connection portion and the other side held to revolve by a second connection portion connected to at least one drum.
