PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a material web so as to obtain improved web motion characteristics during revolution of a drum.SOLUTION: A device includes an adjustable drum which inverts a material web. The drum can be adjusted with two degrees of freedom and is connected to two actuators. At least one of the actuator has one side held by a first connection portion and the other side held to revolve by a second connection portion connected to at least one drum. At least one of the actuators is connected to a calculation circuit, which calculates a length L of the actuator according to a numerical expression from a relative vector interval between the first connection portion and second connection portion of a predetermined pivot and a predetermined angle α of revolution of the drum, and substitutes (α=0°) in the vector interval of the second connection portion from the pivot when the drum is not revolved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed control apparatus that reduces variation in an amount of feed performed by a feeding roller. SOLUTION: The difference (ΔyN) between actual positional information of an Nth mark 101, actually detected by a sensor 30 when the feed roller 15 rotates one revolution, and theoretical positional information of the Nth mark 101, ideally detected by the sensor 30 when the feed roller 15 rotates one revolution, is calculated (A5). Then, based on the calculated difference (ΔyN) and the actual feeding amounts of the marks 101 obtained by detecting the marks 101 using the sensor 30, correction feeding amounts of the marks 101 are calculated. Then, errors (feeding amount errors) between the correction feeding amounts of the marks 101 and the predetermined theoretical feeding amounts of the marks 101 is obtained by matching them to the corresponding rotational positions of the feed roller 15 (step A6). Then, based on the relationship between the rotational positions of the feed roller 15 and the errors (feeding amount errors), correction amounts for correcting feeding amounts of feed roller 15 are calculated (step A7).
