Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a towing hook of a vehicle screwed with a nut which is fixed to a member on the side member side has a large dimension between the acting point for force at the distal end part of the hook and the combining part between the hook and the nut and a large moment of the force applied to the combined part is large, and is easy to cause damages of the member on the side member side by the towing of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A flange part (3) of a nut member (2) is welded to a lid body (14) of a side member (13). A step part (4) of the nut member (2) is brought into contact with the internal surface of a front wall section (10) of a bumper reinforce (9), and a nut (8) is clamped to a smaller diameter section (5).
