Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure for a car seat back, which can suppress generation of slack and wrinkles on a seat surface even if massage function in the seat back is used for long periods. SOLUTION: In the cover structure for a car seat back, flexible bottom surface 62 connects an inner end 46A of side surface 46 and an outer end 40A of main surface 40 through inside upholstery 56, has higher elasticity compared with the main surface 40 and can expand and contract in a cross direction of the seat (in a direction indicated by an arrow FR or opposite the direction). Therefore, when the approximately center in the width direction (in a direction indicated by an arrow 10) in a seat back 14 is pressed forward from the seat (the arrow head FR direction) by a pressing airbag 32 of a massage unit 30, the flexible bottom surface 62 is expanded forward from the seat and expansion of the main surface 40 is suppressed.
