摘要： Disclosed are substrate structures, an oligomer probe array (160) and methods of producing the same. The substrate structure may include a substrate (110), and an intermediate film (230). The intermediate film (230) comprises either of the compounds with the following general structures: wherein R 1 is alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, nitrile, ester, phenyl, hydroxyl, aliphatic lactone, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl, R 2 is alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, nitrile, ester, phenyl, hydroxyl, aliphatic lactone, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl, and X is coupled with the substrate (110) directly or via an immobilization layer, Y is coupled with a linker, spacer, or an oligomer.
