Abstract: A method for producing with high productivity a resin structure which can be used in an optical control film is provided. Abstract: 防眩性フィルムの製造方法であって、防眩層形成用塗布液と低屈折率層形成用塗布液とのそれぞれに偏在可能な成分を含む塗布液を調整する工程と、上層として前記低屈折率層形成用塗布液を、下層として前記防眩層形成用塗布液を、支持体の上に塗布し塗布層を形成する塗布工程と、前記塗布層を乾燥させ相分離することにより偏在させて防眩層と低屈折率層を形成する乾燥工程とを有する。この製造方法により、ディスプレイへの外部光の映り込みやギラツキ、及び、乱反射による白化を抑制した防眩性フィルムを、低コストで製造することができる。

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an antiglare film with high productivity and both of antiglare properties and low reflectance properties. SOLUTION: The method includes: preparing a first application liquid obtained by dissolving at least two types of resin materials being incompatible with each other in one type of a solvent, and a second application liquid containing at least one type of a resin material and as solvents, one type of a good solvent for the resin material and one type of a poor solvent for the resin material; and applying the first application liquid and the second application liquid on a continuously running support 10 in this order. A first applied layer 12 and a second applied layer 14 formed in the applying step are subjected to phase separation by drying them. The first applied layer 12 is formed into an antiglare layer 20 obtained by subjecting two types of resin materials 12A and 12B to phase separation, and the second applied layer 14 is formed into a low refractive index layer 22 having a void 22B and a low refractive index as compared with the antiglare layer 20.
