Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to adhere a plated substrate in order to develop excellent adhesion. SOLUTION: The method to adhere a plated substrate to a subject to be adhered with an adhesive includes a pre-treatment step wherein a dopamine solution is brought into contact with a surface of the plated substrate to form a thin film of the dopamine on the surface of the plated substrate, and an adhering step wherein adhesion is developed by interaction between a functional group on the surface of the plated substrate formed in the pre-treatment step and a functional group in the adhesive. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adhesion of a polyacetal resin molding for developing excellent adhesion while keeping inherent properties of polyacetal resin. SOLUTION: This method of adhesion of polyacetal resin molding includes adhering a polyacetal resin molding with an adhesive to an adhesion object, and includes a pretreatment process in which a polydopamine thin film is formed on the surface of a polyacetal resin molding by contacting a dopamine solution on the surface of the polyacetal resin molding, and an adhesion process in which adhesion is worked out by mutual action of the functional group on the surface of the polyacetal resin molding formed in the pretreatment process and the functional group of the adhesive. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive preferably used for adhesion and fixation of members to be used in a closed space, such as a vehicle and a housing, where odors become a problem or inside of electronic appliances where volatile gases become a problem, and to provide a pressure sensitive adhesive tape and a vehicular air conditioner unit produced by using the tape. SOLUTION: In the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a polymerizing initiator has a 10-hr half-life temperature of ≤80°C, the reaction temperature is kept higher than the 10-hr half-life temperature as a polymerization condition. The adhesive contains an acrylic polymer provided by polymerizing on the condition satisfying formula (5) when 10-hr half-life temperature of the polymerization initiator is t 1/2 and the polymerizing temperature of the polymerization end is T, and ≤13 wt.% tackifier having ≤600 molecular weight, and has ≤500 ppm volatile component concentration calculated from [volatile component amount (μg)/pressure-sensitive adhesive weight before heating (g)], when heated at 90°C for 30 min. Abstract: On the surface of a heat exchanging portion in a heat exchanger, a film made of a polyaniline is formed. When the heat exchanger operates, condensed water is adhered on the surface of the heat exchanger, and contacts the film made of the polyaniline. Accordingly, oxygen dissolved in the condensed water becomes active oxygen by the polyaniline, and organic substances contained in the condensed water is decomposed. Thus, an amount of organic substances attached to a surface of the heat exchanger can be reduced in low cost without equipment extension.
