摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a box-shaped floating body structure to smoothly ascend/descend in synchronization with vertical motion of a sea-level surface, and prevent a breakage in the box-shaped floating body structure, by reducing a horizontal force based on wave power acting on the box-shaped floating body structure.SOLUTION: A plurality of slopes 21 inclined at an upward angle of 45° are provided at intervals on the front wall of the steel box-shaped floating body structure 2 (with a height of 4,000 mm, a width of 1,000 mm and a depth of 2,000 mm), and formed in an approximately saw teeth-shaped cross section. The depth of the slope 21 is 500 mm equivalent to half the width of the box-shaped floating body structure; and the slopes are installed at an interval of 150 mm. The box-shaped floating body structure is installed inside a lattice body which is installed in the front of a revetment structure, and lifted/lowered depending on the vertical motion of the sea-level surface, caused by waves, so as to prevent wave overtopping. When the waves with an offshore wave height Hof 2.0 m and a period T of 10.0 s act on the box-shaped floating body structure, a force for making the box-shaped floating body structure pressed against the revetment by horizontal wave pressure is estimated to be about one-half.
