    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container which is self-standable in a state that liquid is stored in an inner space, and is provided with scale marks arranged on an outer surface of a sidewall and accurately reflecting the amount of content when the liquid is poured in the pouch container.SOLUTION: The pouch container 1 having two sidewall films 2, 3 and a bottom surface film 4 includes a mouth part 8 arranged on an upper circumferential edge of a container body. The pouch container 1 is self-standable in the state that the liquid is stored in the inner space. The scale marks 6 showing the amount of the content is arranged at least on an outer surface of one of the sidewall films. The stiffness strength of the sidewall films is 50-1,000 mN/25 mm width and the stiffness strength of the bottom surface film is 5-120 mN/25 mm width.
