PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody composite plate without causing deformation such as warp and twist such as particularly a recessed warp in the short direction, in the woody composite plate of compounding a woody fiber board and a laminated plate. SOLUTION: This rectangular woody composite plate is formed by adhering the woody fiber board having the thickness of 4.0 mm or less and an air-dried specific gravity of 0.6-0.9 to an upper surface of the laminated plate formed by laminating and adhering four or five woody veneers. The laminated plate is laminated and adhered so that the direction of wood fiber of the woody veneer of its uppermost layer becomes the substantially short direction, and is laminated and adhered so that the direction of the wood fiber of the woody veneer of its lowest layer becomes the substantially longitudinal direction, and the occurrence of deformation such as the warp is prevented. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a decorative plate in which a woody fiberboard is stuck/integrated on/with the surface of plywood, and a sheetlike decorative material is stuck on the surface of the woody fiberboard in good productivity without the occurrence of deformation including warpage and torsion by surely preventing the occurrence of the above floating phenomenon on the surface of the decorative plate. SOLUTION: A decorative woody fiberboard 5 is formed by making the sheetlike decorative material 4 be adhered to the surface the woody fiberboard 1 having a thickness of 4 mm or below and an air drying specific gravity of 0.6-0.9. After the back of the decorative woody fiberboard 5 is coated with a reactive hot-melt resin adhesive 11, the back of the decorative woody fiberboard 5 is stacked immediately on the surface of the plywood 10, and the laminate is pressed with a roll press apparatus 17 to be bonded. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide something which can produce a decorative plate in which no deformation including warpage and torsion occurs during production and use, and the through knot of plywood and the trace of a hard late wood part do not float on the surface during production in good productivity with respect to the decorative plate in which a decorative layer is formed on the surface of a woody composite board in which plywood such as forested tree plywood and a woody fiberboard are compounded, and its production method. SOLUTION: The decorative plate with the occurrence of deformation including warpage and torsion prevented during use is composed of a moisture-proof surface decorative layer, the woody fiberboard having a thickness of 4.0 mm or below and an air drying specific gravity of 0.6-0.9, a high moisture-proof hot-melt resin adhesive layer having a moisture-proof performance of at least 30 g/m 2 ×24 h in a test according to JIS Z0208 condition B, and plywood which are arranged in turn from above. In a method for producing the decorative plate, the decorative plate can be produced in good productivity while deformation including warpage and torsion is prevented during production, and the through knot and the trace of the hard late wood part do not float on the surface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative plate B, in which a decorative sheet material 10 is stuck on the surface of a composite wood plate A obtained by compounding plywood 1 such as planted tree plywood and a wood fiberboard 2, and which enables the high-productivity manufacture of the decorative plate B preventing such as warpage and torsion or the like from being generated in manufacture and use. SOLUTION: The plywood 1 and the wood fiberboard 2 are stacked through a hot-melt resin adhesive 3. The laminate 5 is cold pressed by a roll press device 6 while the hot-melt resin adhesive 3 is in a molten state, so as to be formed into the composite wood plate A in which the wood fiberboard 2 is integrally bonded to the surface side. A reinforcing sheet material 11 is stuck on the back surface side of the composite wood plate A, and the decorative sheet material 10 is stuck on the surface so that the decorative plate B, which does not cause warpage, torsion, and lift, can be manufactured with high productivity. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor construction in which a gap or a cup is hardly formed between a tongue part and a groove part by firmly bonding and fixing the mutually fitted tongue part and the groove part via an adhesive agent when the floor is constructed by joining the floor plate which is to be fitted next, to the floor plate which is laid earlier, by the tongue part and the groove part. SOLUTION: An adhesive agent 5 is heaped on a lower face of a front end part of the tongue part 4 of the floor plate 2B which is to be laid. After that, the tongue part 4 of the floor plate 2B is arranged to face the groove part 3 of the floor plate which is placed earlier, and then part of the adhesive agent 5 is rubbed backward on a floor underlayer 1 near the groove part 3. At the same time, the remaining adhesive agent 5 is transferred to and placed over the front end face to the upper face of the male part 4 by the rubbing action. Next, the remaining adhesive agent is spread by fitting the male part 4 into the groove part 3, so that an adhesive agent layer may be formed where the male part and the female part are substantially fully bonded together. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dedicated spatula for a tongue/groove joint portion and a method of constructing a floor plate using the spatula which can prevent a gap and a lateral warpage from occurring on the joined surface by preventing an adhesive agent from overflowing onto the front surface of a flooring when the tongue/groove joint portions of the floor plates are joined to each other using the adhesive agent. SOLUTION: The floor plate is constructed by a step of applying the adhesive agent onto the upper surface of the ridge of the floor plate on the front row which is installed on a floor substrate, a step of so scraping the surplus adhesive agent that the adhesive agent does not overflow onto the upper end surface of a tongue part or the front surface of the floor plate by the upper end surface scraping side or the surface scraping side while leveling the applied adhesive agent by the adhesive agent leveling side of the dedicated spatula for a tongue/groove joint portion that the applied adhesive agent is constant, and a step of inserting a floor plate on the next row to the upper end surface of the joined tongue/groove joint portion and connecting and joining the floor plate on the next row to the floor plate on the front row while the adhesive agent is interposed between the floor plate and the upper end surface of the joined tongue/groove joint portion. SOLUTION: The wooden composite plywood is made by pasting the 1.5 mm to 3 mm thick wooden fiberboard having a density of 0.6 to 1.0 on a surface of the rectangular plywood having a density of not higher than 0.5 and by bonding 3 to 5 layers of low density-wooden veneers on each other wherein the fibers of at least the veneers on the right and reverse surface sides of the rectangular plywood are oriented in the direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the rectangular plywood. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a laminated composite wooden material usable equally as usual plywood and LVL by arranging veneer made of acacia-mangium which is reduced in dimensional change and strong enough in the material excluding surface and back layers and using good-looking, good-quality plates in the surface and back layers. SOLUTION: In the laminated composite wooden material, a plurality of plates are laminated/integrated. Low-quality veneer of acacia-mangium is used in the material excluding the surface and back layers 11, By using the good-looking, good-quality plates in the surface and back layers, the material can be used appropriately as usual plywood or LVL. Alternatively, by using veneer of eucalyptus in the surface and back layers 11 and a longitudinal core 12 and using the veneer of acacia-mangium in an additional core 12, the specific gravity of the material can be reduced without lowering the strength of good-looking, strong, heavy (specific gravity: at least 0.7) eucalyptus plywood, because the specific gravity of acacia-mangium is as low as 0.5-0.6.
