PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical polymeric phosphor having a long life and a high emission luminance and exhibiting excellent thermal stability, its manufacturing method and an organoelectroluminescent element. SOLUTION: The polymeric phosphor emits visible fluorescence in a solid state, contains at least one recurring unit of chemical formula (1) and has a number-average molecular weight, in terms of polystyrene, of 10 3 -10 8 . In chemical formula (1), Ar is a 6-60C arylene group or a 4-60C heterocyclic compound group relating a conjugated bond; X, Y and Z are each at least one group selected from among O, S, a carbonyl group and groups represented by -C(R) 2 and -NR-, respectively; R and R 1 -R 6 are each H, a 1-20C alkyl group or the like; and m is 0 or 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an EL element for forming an organic EL layer by a printing method in which even a highly fine pattern can be manufactured efficiently without a trouble. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a process in which a printing form, in which a wettability changing layer capable of changing wettability on the surface is formed on the surface and a hydrophilic region formed by a prescribed pattern is formed on the wettability changing layer, is used and an organic EL layer-forming paint for forming an organic EL layer is adhered on the above hydrophilic region, and a process for forming the organic EL layer in a pattern form on the substrate by printing the organic EL layer-forming paint adhered as above on the substrate.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a carbon monoxide purging filter in which a catalyst for purging carbon monoxide is fixed to a filter substrate while avoiding the congestion, mechanical damages, and thermal melting of the filter substrate and to provide the carbon monoxide purging filter thus obtained and a carbon monoxide purging apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: A carbon monoxide purging filter 10 in which gold catalyst nanoparticles are flocculated and adhered to the surface of a filter substrate 4 is manufactured by contacting and coating the filter substrate with a catalyst ink comprising: a gold nanoparticle catalyst 1 obtained by supporting gold nanoparticles 2 on inorganic particles 3; and a solvent for dispersing the gold nanoparticle catalyst and by subsequently drying and removing the solvent. It is desirable for the gold nanoparticle catalyst to abide in an ultimately deflocculated state within the catalyst ink and to be reflocculated atop the filter substrate 4. It is desirable, from the standpoint of adhesiveness, for the average particle diameter of the gold nanoparticle catalyst within the catalyst ink to be 5 μm or less. A carbon monoxide purging apparatus is provided by using such a carbon monoxide purging filter.
