    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clip for preventing coming off of a pipe from a flange before assembly. SOLUTION: Under such a condition that a suction pipe 20 is rotatably inserted in a first through hole 15 formed in the flange 10, the flange 10 is rotated around the suction pipe, whereby the liquid pipe 20 is moved along a penetration slot 17 of the flange until the liquid pipe is brought into contact with a second through hole 16. In this state, the fixing clip 1 is slid from a short side 13 side and the outer periphery of the liquid pipe is held by a gripper 2 of the fixing clip. On the other hand, long-side walls 11, 12 are respectively clamped by engagement plates 4a, 4b connected to the gripper via connection parts 5. Thus, it is possible to prevent coming off of the liquid pipe from the flange so as to secure and maintain the positional relationship between the flange and the pipes 19, 20, thereby facilitating the work of assembling the flange and pipes.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance water heating performance by an electric heater and to restrain cutting off of the heating part of the electric heater. SOLUTION: The heating elements 14a and 15a of electric heaters are obliquely projected with respect to a water flow passage 17 in such a way that the heating elements 14a and 15a of the electric heaters 14 and 15 are directed from bottom to top while the tip end sides of the heating elements 14a and 15b are located at the upstream side of a water passage 17, and the root sides are located at the downstream side of the water passage 17. Air bubbles separated from water at the root sides of the heater elements can be smoothly moved upward because of buoyancy. In addition, the water flow from the up-stream side can be turned out back to the root sides of the heating elements along the inclination of the electric heaters.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the refrigerant condensing ability of a condenser and reduce the load of a condenser fan by taking a vehicular running wind into a suction port positively. SOLUTION: A condenser 4 arranged nearly horizontally is arranged front- slantingly and a suction port 8 is provided on the vehicular frontside of a casing 3. Therefore, the outer air is taking in from the suction port 8 by the running wind positively and passes through the condenser 4 and then the condensing ability of the condenser 4 is improved. As the load of a condenser fan 5 is reduced, its cost is reduced and its energy can be saved.
