Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake disk for a rotary table having a structure by which torque applied to a motor by the elastic deformation of the brake disk is not more than the continuous torque of the motor.SOLUTION: The brake disk 6a has the same radius shape around a center axis 39, and includes a through-hole 30 provided at the center, mounting holes 34 provided at the inner peripheral part 31, and abrasive grains stuck to the outer peripheral part 33. The mounting holes 34 are arranged evenly around the center axis to keep balance, and a plurality of rigidity adjusting holes 35 are disposed evenly around the center axis in an intermediate part 32 to weaken the torsional rigidity of the brake disk 6a to a certain extent. Consequently, even if the abrasive grains stuck to the outer peripheral part 33 are drawn into the last mark formed on the surface of a mating member, the brake disk 6a is elastically deformed (twisted) to absorb the draw-in.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile both the rationalization of fixing work by a manufacture and the rationalization of removal work by a user. SOLUTION: This terminal box (10) of a motor is mounted to a cable lead-in port protrusively formed at a housing of the motor. The box is composed of a box (12) which covers the cable lead-in port for protecting a terminal base which connects an electric cable outside the motor and an electric cable in the motor, and a lid (11) which closes an opening of the box. The terminal box of the motor also comprises a full-fixing means (31) which fully fixes the box and the lid after the electric cable outside the motor is connected to the terminal base; and temporary-fixing means (20, 40) each of which temporarily fixes the box and the lid while leaving the electric cable outside the motor as it is not connected to the terminal base. The temporary-fixing means are preferably hooks or leaf springs, and the terminal box is preferably provided with stoppers (28, 29) for the hooks or the leaf springs. Furthermore, the full-fixing means may be a screw. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a machine tool having a consumed electric power reducing function, which can reduce a consumed electric power in the whole of the machine tool including peripheral devices. SOLUTION: A timer is reset to zero, then turned on and the measurement of a cycle time and the consumed electric power are started to measure the initial value of a thermal displacement (SA100 to SA103). A block of a working program is read to analyze and execute the block. The timer is turned off to finish the measurement of the cycle time and the consumed electric power and the thermal displacement is actually measured (SA104 to SA109). The cycle time, the consumed electric power and the thermal displacement are calculated and stored, and a parameter set is changed to repeat the calculations setting number of times (SA110 to SA113). Then, the cycle time, the consumed electric power and the thermal displacement are displayed on a screen and the parameter set is selected in accordance therewith to execute the working program on the basis of the parameter set (SA114, SA115). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly determine a cause of collision by grasping a specific circumstance of the collision. SOLUTION: A control unit (10) for a machine tool comprises: at least one vibration detection means (31 to 33) attached to a main spindle portion (30) of a machine tool or a movable body moving relative to the main spindle portion (30), for example, a holding table for a workpiece; a storage means (11) for storing a vibration signal detected by the vibration detection means being related to operation information of the machine tool; a collision judgment means (12) for judging that a collision has occurred in the case where the vibration signal stored in the storage means exceeds a previously determined threshold value when comparing the vibration signal with the threshold value; and an output means (13) for outputting the vibration signal at the time of judging the occurring of the collision and also outputting the operation information stored in the storage means related to the vibration signal in the case where the collision judgment means judges that the collision has occurred. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating method, by which coils between different phases are insulated reliably at the coil end root portion of a stator coil and en electric motor. SOLUTION: As the interphase insulating paper, an interphase insulating paper 1 is used on which an enclosing part 11 that wraps in-phase coils are formed, and two strip-shaped insertion parts 12a, 12b are formed, in such a way that their ends recede from a center line 1o of the enclosing part. The in-phase coils are wrapped by the enclosing part 11 of the interphase insulating paper 1, and the insertion parts 12a, 12b are inserted into the slots of a stator core, from which the wrapped coils are led out. The insertion parts 12a, 12b are held and pulled in from the slots side. With the insertion parts pulled in, the enclosing part 11 wraps the coils, in such a way as to expand. The displacement, coming-off, inclination and the like of the interphase insulating paper 1 can be prevent, and thereby the coils between the different phases are insulated reliably, because of the structures of gripping the insertion parts 12a, 12b by the slot walls and the coils, and wrapping the coils.
