In the inside of electric vehicles, when it is a low load state (for example, it is in constant speed cruising), main electricity energy is supplied by the fuel cell, and the fuel cell is boosted to suitable voltage by controlling of DC/DC converter and the fuel cell can be used in an on-board charger. Moreover, when it is in a high load state (for example, it is in an instantaneous acceleration state or in climbing up a hill), the fuel cell provides the maximum base electric power and also it is made to output other required electric energies by combining the high power secondary-battery electricity energy added from the outside.
