PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of producing a sintering material for granulation, which can produce granulation particles by relatively small quantity of water and improve productivity accompanied with the reduction of wet band as well as the strength of sintering ore.SOLUTION: Appropriate water content is given only for the granulation step of nuclear particles to attain the improvement of large size and the strength of raw particles, and then, without giving water to the surface of granulation nuclear particles, a lime-based sub-raw material and a powder of solid reductant are separately granulated, and the sintering material for granulation having exterior coating structure is produced. Thus, a multilayered sintering material for granulation to obtain a sintering ore having small quantity of total water content and high strength is efficiently produced.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment apparatus capable of enhancing a facility operation ratio by enhancing treatment efficiency of exhaust gas treatment by solving unevenness in height direction of ventilation resistance of a filling layer when a carbonaceous adsorbent is circulated/utilized and the exhaust gas treatment is carried out by the filling layer formed by the carbonaceous adsorbent. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas treatment apparatus is provided with a moving bed adsorption column filled with an adsorbent for removing a harmful substance in an exhaust gas; a regeneration device for regenerating/treating the adsorbent with lowered removal performance of the harmful substance; a first transportation means for feeding the adsorbent with lowered removal ability of the harmful substance from the adsorption column to the regeneration device; and a second transportation means for feeding the regenerated adsorbent from the regeneration device to the adsorption column. The exhaust gas treatment apparatus characterized in that length in a gas flow direction, i.e., the maximum length in an exhaust gas passing direction of the adsorption column is set such that it continuously becomes small from an upper part toward a lower part is used. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for uniformly charging a raw material to be sintered to a sintering pallet by stabilizing the amount of the raw material to be charged from a charging conveyor to the sintering pallet, when the raw material to be sintered is charged to the sintering pallet using the charging device having the charging conveyor. SOLUTION: The device for charging raw material to be sintered is characterised in that a turnable gate plate 2 is installed on the sintering pallet 6 facing the end of the charging conveyor 1 for delivering the raw material 3 to be sintered and a gate is formed between the gate plate and the end of the charging conveyor with with its opening to be adjusted by the turn of the gate plate. A level sensor 7 is installed for measuring the layer thickness of the material inside the gate, and the plurality of gate plates are installed at the end of the charging conveyor in the cross direction. SOLUTION: The sintering material charging apparatus has a charging belt 1 for charging a sintering material to a sintering pellet 4. A screw apparatus 2 for moving a part of the sintering material at the widthwise central part on the charging belt to both end sides in the width direction is set above the charging belt. It is preferable that the size of screw blades 3 in the screw apparatus is continuously or stepwise reduced from the widthwise central part of the charging belt toward both end parts in the width direction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the increasing of iron source supplied into a blast furnace from a sintering facility by using bulky ore as a bedding material in a sintering machine and performing an efficient operation without needing a high investment cost. SOLUTION: The bulky ore in which (1) related to a grain size condition, a grain diameter is in the range of 6 to 30 mm in ≥75% of the used ore and (2) related to a component composition and properties, at least one kind of the bulky ore 1 among three kinds of the bulky ore having ≥15% FeO content, the bulky ore having ≤5% crystal water content and the bulky ore having no heat cracking property, is used at least as a part of the bedding material in the sintering machine 5. The sintered bulky ore 3' is discharged from the sintering machine, and a grading 17 is performed together with the ordinary sintered ore sintered with this sintering machine and the mixture of the sintered bulky ore and the ordinary sintered ore is supplied as the sintered ore 24 for a raw material into the blast furnace. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment method and a treatment apparatus for preventing clogging in a packed layer by keeping ventilation resistance within a given range by predicting an increase in the ventilation resistance through the packed layer, and stably operating exhaust gas treatment, when treating exhaust gas by the packed layer formed of an adsorbent material, circulatingly using the adsorbent material. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas treating method is provided for removing a harmful substance in the exhaust gas by adsorbing it in the adsorbent material, by passing the exhaust gas through the packed layer formed of the circulatingly moving adsorbent material, and adjusting the circulation amount of the adsorbent material so as to keep the ventilation resistance within the given range, by monitoring the ventilation resistance through the packed layer. The exhaust gas treatment apparatus has an adsorbing column with the packed layer of the adsorbent material formed therein, and a regeneration column for regenerating the adsorbent material by heating.
