PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waste heat recovery equipment that can efficiently utilize a sensible heat of a blow-down exhaust gas pulled out from a dust collection hopper of a dust removal machine when the blow-down type is used as a dust removal machine for recovering waste heat and is used in a sintering machine system.SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery equipment 4 used for a sintering ore cooling device 3 of sintering machine system 1 includes an exhaust duct 43 to which a high-temperature exhaust gas produced in the first half section of the sintering ore cooling device 3 is guided, a blow-down type dust removal machine 44 which is provided in the exhaust duct 43 and includes an inertial dust remover or a centrifugal dust remover, a boiler 45 which collects an waste heat of an exhaust gas wherein dust is removed by the dust removal machine 44, a heat supply duct 47 which introduces a blow-down exhaust gas having a sensible heat pulled out from a dust collecting hopper 44a under the dust removal machine 44 to an ignition furnace 12 of a sintering machine 2, and a dust collecting machine 48 and a fan 49 which are provided in the heat supply duct 47. In addition, the waste heat recovery equipment also uses the blow-down exhaust gas as a combustion air of the ignition furnace 12 or a preheating air of fuel.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for charging material into a sintering machine capable of obtaining high quality, high yield rate and high productivity by improving adjustment performance of distribution of grain size and distribution of components in a material layer of a pallet of the sintering machine. SOLUTION: This device for charging material into the sintering machine includes a material feeding mechanism for feeding the material for sintering to the pallet, and a chute positioned near the material feeding mechanism at its upper end, and at an upper part of the pallet at its lower end, and inclined toward the direction opposite to the moving direction of the pallet. The chute is constituted of a plurality of rods disposed in parallel with each other at prescribed intervals from each other from an upper end to a lower end in the width direction of the pallet. The chute has the curved shape recessed from its upper end toward a lower end, and an average value of a change rate of the gradient connecting the rods adjacent to each other within a range corresponding to 1/3 of an upper end side of a horizontal length of the chute, is 1.5-10 times of an average value of a change rate of the gradient within a range corresponding to 2/3 of a lower end side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the amount of exhaust gas generated from whole sintering equipment, to treat the exhaust gas at a low cost and also to recover the heat of the exhaust gas in high efficiency. SOLUTION: When manufacturing sintered ore from iron ore by sintering the iron ore in a sintering machine 1 and then cooling the resultant hot sintered ore agglomerates in a cooling device 2, the cooling device is constituted so that it is divided into two parts consisting of a fore-half high-temperature part 20 and a back-half high-temperature part 21 from an ore-feed part side, and exhaust gas which is discharged, after being used for cooling the hot sintered ore agglomerates, from the fore-half high-temperature part of the cooling device is subjected to heat recovery and circulated into the fore-half high-temperature part of the cooling device and recycled as cooling gas. Moreover, the sintering machine is constituted so that it is divided into three parts consisting of a fore-half part 26 and 26A, an intermediate part 27 and a back-half part 28 from an ignition furnace 6 side, and exhaust gas which is discharged, after being used for cooling the hot sintered ore agglomerates, from the back-half low-temperature part is circulated into the fore-half part and the back-half part and recycled as combustion gas. Further, exhaust gas generated from the back-half part is subjected to heat recovery and circulated into the intermediate part of the sintering machine and recycled as combustion gas. SOLUTION: In a sealing device for a pressurized blowing hood which is provided above a sintering-material-filled layer 2 charged in a bottom suction system of sintering machine, a sealing piece 15 consisting of the composite material between a hard rigid body and an elastic body is installed under the bottom 13 of the skirt of that pressurized blowing hood such that it slides on the surface of the above sintering-material-filled layer 2.
