摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pulverized material of a waste plastic, by which the water content of a solidified material can be lowered when the waste plastic is heated and melted by an extruder, and then water-cooled into a solidified material and the solidified material is pulverized. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the pulverized material of a waste plastic, when a dechlorination treatment of the waste plastic is performed by heating and melting the waste plastic by using the extruder 3, then the resulting waste plastic is cooled into a solidified material, and the solidified material is pulverized, the temperature of the waste plastic immediately after being extruded from the extruder 3 is controlled to be not higher than 290°C and the waste plastic is rapidly water-cooled into the solidified material. The dechlorination treatment of the waste plastic is preferably performed by heating the plastic to a temperature of ≥300°C in the extruder 3. A method for producing pellets for the production of the pulverized material of the waste plastic comprises performing a dechlorination treatment of the waste plastic by heating and melting the waste plastic with an extruder, then controlling the temperature of the waste plastic immediately after being extruded from the extruder 3 to be not higher than 290°C and quickly water-cooling the extruded waste plastic.
