PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-sizing agent which has good redispersibility and excellent compounding stability, and to provide a copolymer which is used for fiber-sizing agents and enables the production of high strong fiber-reinforced resins. SOLUTION: This copolymer for the fiber-sizing agents is characterized by having carboxy groups, sulfonic acid groups and/or sulfate groups in the structure, wherein the content of the carboxy groups is 0.5 to 13 mmol/g, and the total content of the sulfonic acid groups and/or the sulfate groups is 0.002 to 1 mmol/g. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based stain-resistant coating which exhibits a high stain resistance improvement effect from the early stage of the application and maintains the improvement effect for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The water-based stain-resistant coating is of a two pack mixing type and composed of an aqueous dispersion whose constitutional components are a polyorganosiloxane, a condensation product of an organosilane expressed by formula (1), an acrylic polymer and a nonionic water-soluble polymer, an organotin compound expressed by formula (2) or formula (3) and an emulsifier. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based adhesive obtaining sufficient cohesive force, exhibiting high adhesivity and having high permeability to a base and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The water-based adhesive comprises a polymer particle of a water-based emulsion. A polymer constituting the polymer particle of the water-based emulsion has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 600,000-10,000,000, a gel fraction of ≤30%, the difference (ΔAE) between the value of the total acid amount titration and the value of electric conductivity titration of 10-200 μeq/g. The water-based adhesive preferably further contains a crosslinking agent. The method for producing the water-based adhesive comprises a process for supplying a redox-based polymerization initiator and a polymerizable monomer to an aqueous medium and polymerizing the polymerizable monomer in the aqueous medium to give the polymer particle of the water-based emulsion and ongoingly and continuously feeding a redox-based polymerization initiator even after completion of the supply of the polymerizable monomer to complete the polymerization reaction. A pressure sensitive adhesive composition layer is laminated on at least one surface of the cloth substrate to make a re-releasable pressure sensitive adhesive tape.
