PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing various processed foods by using rice flour as a main raw material without using gluten which is a causal substance of wheat flour allergy. SOLUTION: The method for producing bread essentially free from gluten comprises the use of nonglutinous rice as a main raw material. The method includes (1) a step to mix 4-8 pts. mass (based on 100 pts. mass of total rice flour obtained from nonglutinous rice) of rice flour with 10-15 times mass of water and pregelatinize the starch in the rice flour by heating to obtain a viscous slurry material, (2) a step to mix the slurry material with the remaining part of the rice flour and 0.1-0.2 times mass of water based on the remaining rice flour and yeast to obtain a fluid bread dough, (3) a step to pour the bread dough into a forming vessel, (4) a step to heat the forming vessel and ferment the bread dough and (5) a step to bake the fermented product in an oven. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing noodles having quality similar to that of noodles obtained by a conventional method for producing noodles using wheat flour itself, by using another means without using wheat flour. SOLUTION: This method for producing noodles having as the main raw material starch isolated from cereals comprises (A) a process of mixing 26-30 pts. mass of starch based on the total quantity of 100 mass pts. of the starch with the quantity of water 1.75-2.75 times larger than the quantity of the starch, heating the product to pregelatinize the starch and preparing a viscous product, (B) a process of mixing/kneading the viscous product thus obtained with the remaining starch, and if necessary seasoning and preparing noodle dough with viscoelasticity, and (C) a process of subjecting the noodle dough with viscoelasticity thus obtained to noodle processing treatment. In the pocket tissue stocker body A, the tissue pushing-up lid C made of the acrylic resin material is inserted and integrated to install a pushing-up lid finger insertion hole D. A bolt guide rail H for vertically moving the tissue pushing-up lid C is installed on the shorter edge directional side surface of the pocket tissue stocker body A. SOLUTION: The shelf receiving rail (1) is incorporated into the groove of the socket (2) for incorporating the shelf receiving rail; two members are integrated together; holes for fixation to a gypsum board are opened in the two upper and lower locations of the shelf receiving rail (1) and the socket (2) for incorporating the shelf receiving rail, respectively; and the shelf is fixed by driving pins into the two upper and lower locations on the wall side for mounting the shelf by a board pin (5) for fixing the socket for incorporating the shelf receiving rail. In the fixing of the shelf board (6), the fixing liner (3) is inserted into a rail of a guide rail (7) for the socket for incorporating the shelf receiving rail, which is installed in the socket (2) for incorporating the shelf receiving rail, and fixed by being inserted between the shelf receiving rail (1) and the socket (2), which are integrated together, and the shelf board (8). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill type pocket tissue box through which a tissue can be easily taken out of it. SOLUTION: A tissue pushing-in lid 2 is inserted into a pocket tissue box body 1 through its bottom part. As a volume of tissues is reduced, a user inserts a finger into a tissue pushing-in finger hole 3 to cause a pushing-in lid to move upward near a tissue taking-out port and the entire tissue is pushed upward to cause the tissue to be easily taken out of the box. As the box becomes vacant, the user puts a finger at a finger insertion hole 4 opened at the pushing-in lid to pull out the pushing-in lid to refill new tissues. Since an outer size of the pushing-in lid is the same as an inner size of the box body, the box body and the pushing-in lid are fixed to prevent from being slid off due to a friction force generated between them, and further since the tissue pushing-in lid is provided with an extendable or shrinking groove 5, the extendable or shrinking groove may act as a spring to perform a smooth insertion work when the tissue pushing-in lid is inserted into the box body. When the amount of tissue is reduced, a finger is inserted into a tissue push-in finger-inserting hole (3) to move the tissue push-in lid (2) upwardly close to a tissue take-out port so as to easily take out the tissue. When the tissue is consumed, a finger is inserted into a finger inserting hole (4) formed in the tissue push-in lid (2), the tissue push-in lid (2) is pulled out, and a new tissue is refilled for reuse.
