摘要: PURPOSE: To transport a steel band in the horizontal state to prevent slackening and up-and-down fluctuation, to improve the defect detection accuracy of a check device, and to avoid mixing of inferior goods in excellent goods by providing a bridle roll for applying tension between a steel band check device and a shearing machine.
CONSTITUTION: A steel band 10 is subjected to a edge cutting process and then a process for detecting a surface defect. After the steel band is put out from a pin hole detector 20, and supplied to a pinch roll 24 through a bridle roll 46 to be fed to a shearing machine 22'. Subsequently, the steel band 10 is cut to an intended length and transported to a piler 34 by belt conveyers 26W32. A steel plate having a defect detected by a check device is conveyed to a piler for inferior goods by action of a solenoid magnet roll 40. Thus, tension is applied to the steel band 10 between the bridle roll 46 and a pay-off reel 14 by the bridle roll 46, so that at the time of passing an automatic defectoscope 18 and the pin hole detector 20, slackening and up-and-down fluctuation of the steel band can be prevented to check the steel band accurately and avoid mixing of inferior goods in excellent goods.

摘要: PURPOSE:To improve the shape of cut plates and to feed and stack smoothly said plates to and by a piler with the decreased generation of the defective plates by installing a tension controller such as a bridle roll on the upstream side of a shearing machine adjacently thereto. CONSTITUTION:A tension controller 20 such as a bridle roll is installed on the upstream side of a shearing machine 9' adjacently thereto and further a leveler 19 is installed on the upstream side thereof. The flatness of a steel strip prior to shearing is therefore improved and the shape of the cut plate after shearing is improved. The cut plate discharged from the machine 9 is easily transferred on a belt conveyor when said plate arrives at an electromagnetic roll. The shearing line is thus smoothly and continuously operated and production efficiency is improved.

By installation of a mechanical periodical-uneven-speed-motion generating mechanism 11, utilization of larger driving motor and increase of rotary cutter's rotating speed can be achieved.

摘要: PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy in shearing strips by controlling the transporting speed of a strip and the revolving speed of a rotary cutter into exact synchronization. CONSTITUTION:Transporting means 1 is composed of a transport roller 2 and a drive motor 3. A periodical ununiform motion generating means 12 and a differentiagearing device 16 are interposed between a rotary cutter 7 and a speed reduction device 11 coupled to the output shaft of a motor 10 for driving the cutter 7. This ununiform motion means 12 is composed of three noncircular gears or circular eccentric gears 13, 14, 15. Under the condition that the transporting speed and the rotary speed of cutter 7 are controlled, a strip 5 being sent by the transporting means 1 in the direction of Arrow 6 is sheared synchronizedly by the cutter 7 continuously into intended lengths while it is being transported. Thus, the shearing accuracy can be remarkably enhanced.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly efficient shearing machine by providing a shearing machine with a mechanical non-uniform motion generating mechanism which drives the cutters planted on a pair of drums perpendicular to the drum surfaces by a non-circular gear. CONSTITUTION:A shearing machine is provided with a shear drum displacement means 10 which makes one (4B) of the shear drums 4A, 4B separated from the other (4A) to miss shearing of a band material 6, and also with a drum rotation detecting means 13 which detects the end of each rotation of the drums 4A, 4B. Furthermore, it is computed how many folds of the synchronized shear length given after each rotation of the shear drum by a mechanical non-uniform motion generating mechanism 2 corresponds to the specified shearing length. Also it is judged whether shearing of the band material 6 is to be carried out or missed, in accordance with the signal from the drum rotation detecting means. Moreover, the shearing machine is provided with a control means 14 which outputs a command signal during rotation of the shear drum 4A, 4B when shearing is to be carried out, to drive shear drum displacement device 10. Thus a small sized highly efficient shear drum is obtained.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a correct cutting of a hoop material by eliminating the fluctuation of a bouncing torque on the drive motor side from a periodical uneven movemet generating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The periodical uneven movement generating mechanism 11 comprises a single drive gear 13 and a pair of driven gears 12 and 14, and an output shaft 17 is connected with a rotary cutter 6 through a phase adjusting device 30 and a rotary shaft 16 is connected with a flywheel 31. By an inertia moment around the axial line of each of the driven gears 12 and 14, the torque bouncing on an input shaft is eliminated so as to prevent a bouncing phenomenon of torque caused by the inertia moment at the rotary parts following the mechanism 11. Accordingly, the load torque of the drive motor is maintained to be constant which contributes to an increase of accuracy in the cutting length of the material.
