SOLUTION: The operation stop caused by the overload of the motor is prevented by monitoring the overload residual value R estimated from the load current value of the motor 16, and controlling the rotation of the motor so that the overload residual value is not below the allowable value R0.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for rolling the inner bead of a steel tube by which the inner bead of the steel tube smoothly and stably. SOLUTION: After continuously joining the butted parts of a steel strip which is formed into a circular cross section with a squeezing roll, the bead generated on the inner surface of the joined steel tube is rolled with a device for rolling the inner bead provided with a rolling roll inserted into the steel tube and a guide roll provided outside the tube. When smoothing the inner surface, the temperature and running speed in the joined part of the steel tube are measured between the squeezing roll and the device for rolling the inner bead, a position to roll the inner bead is decided on the basis of these measured values and the decay curve or rise curve of temperature which is preliminarily determined, and the rolling device of the inner bead is moved to that position to perform the rolling. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce iron powder for dehalogenation decomposition of organic halogen compounds in soil, water such as ground water, and gas, which is high in the dehalogenation decomposition rate of the organic halogen compounds and solves the problem of secondary contamination with the metals included in the iron powder and a cost problem, and to provide a method for rapidly cleaning the organic halogen compounds in the contaminated soil, water such as ground water, and gas by using the above iron powder. SOLUTION: The iron powder for dehalogenation decomposition of the organic halogen compounds is carried and supported with an inorganic compound below 1×10 Ω.m in electric resistivity on the surface of the iron powder, and the method for cleaning the soil, water and/or gas contaminated with the organic halogen compounds comprises bringing the above iron powder into contact with the organic halogen compounds contained in at least one among the soil, the water and the gas to cause the dehalogenation decomposition of the organic halogen compounds.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic traveling spray apparatus with excellent general purpose property capable of spraying a spray agent for a spray repair for an inner wall of a carbonization chamber of a coke furnace, for application of an agent to an iron bridge leg and a concrete leg and the like, and further for application to such heights. SOLUTION: There are provided an automatic traveling vehicle 2 including an elevation mast 4 mounted thereon, and a spray attachment 6 vertically moving with the aid of the elevation operation of the elevation mast. The spray attachment includes a fluid supply pipe 18, to one end of which both of a spray agent supply source and a compression air supply source are switchably connected. An automatic traveling spray apparatus is constructed by connecting a spray nozzle 50 to one end of a fluid supply pipe and supplying the spray agent to the fluid supply pipe from the spray agent supply pipe. An air motor and a rotor rotated by the air motor are attached to the one end of the fluid supply pipe. The automatic traveling spray apparatus serves as a cleaning/cutting apparatus for adjusting a partial surface of a surface to be sprayed by mounting an air motor on the one end of the fluid supply pipe and a rotator rotating by the air motor, and supplying compression air to the fluid supply pipe from the compression air supply source. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Mn-Zn ferrite which is small in dependency on frequency from a low frequency domain around 1 kHz to a high frequency domain of 300 kHz and besides can get high initial permeability extending for these frequency domain. SOLUTION: This Mn-Zn ferrite has such composition that it contains MnO by 20-30 mol% and ZnO by 18-25 mol% and the rest is Fe2 O3 , and out of impurities mixed in that ferrite, the quantities of mixing of Na, B, and P are suppressed to 10 ppm or under for Na, 5 ppm or under for B, and 15 ppm or under for P by mass ppm.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a large-sized metal square can consists of a series of processes to load a truck, which carries a seamer and a leak tester in the loading platform, with a semifinished product composed of a body shell of a large-sized metal square can with which only a bottom lid is rolled and fastened and a top lid which is to be attached to the semifinished product, to carry the semifinished product and the top lid to a storage area of filling materials, to roll and fasten the semifinished product with the top lid at the storage area and manufacture a large-sized metal square can, and to carry out a leak test of the manufactured can.
