    摘要: PURPOSE:To maintain metal molds at a required temp. without requiring any special apparatus for control, by charging a latent heat type heat accumulating material having a m.p. approximately equal to the temp. to be maintained in the body of the metal molds in said body. CONSTITUTION:When molten metal is charged into a body 11 of metal molds through a sprue 12, the molten metal fills a runner 13, a cavity 14 and a flow- off 15 and the temp. of the body 11 is going to rise. A heat accumulating material 17 melts and absorbs large quantity of latent heat while the material 17 is in a coexistence state of solid and liquid, then the temp. rise of the body 11 ceases until the material 17 melts down completely, and the body is maintained at the m.p. temp. The complete melting of the material 17 is thus prevented by the quantity of the heat held by the molten metal to be charged into the body 11 by setting the amt. of the material 17 to be charged into the body 11 suitably, whereby the body 11 and the material 17 are maintained always at the m.p. temp.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To effect room cooling, room heating humidity conditioning by a device of one unit in a manner intending to reserve the energy therefor by a method wherein the temperature and the humidity of air obtained by passing through an adsorption material floor filled with the adsorption material capable of adsorbing moisture is controlled reasonably. CONSTITUTION:When a humidifier 2 is connected in series to a packed tower 1 filled with ZEORITE preferably as the adsorption material and the air having a temperature T1 and relative humidity R1 is introduced into the packed tower 1 by an air transferring device 3, the moisture in the introduced air is adsorbed by the adsorption material. In this case, adsorption heat is generated and the high temperature and dried air having a temperature T2 (>T1) and the relative humidity R2 0 may be obtained as a result. Then, this high temperature dried air is humidified by the humidifier 2 into a humidity preferable to a living circumstance, thereafter, is supplied into an air-conditioned room to effect the room heating. On the other hand, in case of room cooling, a cooler 23 is arranged between the packed tower 21 and the humidifier 22 and fine water droplets are supplied by the humidifier 22 to the dry air of which temperature is lowered by the cooler 23 thereby cooling the air by the evaporation heat of the water droplets to effect the room cooling.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To perform filling of liquid sample suitably and rapidly and achieve removal of bubbles and prevention of convection by coupling a cylindrical metal cylinder and a syringe which obtains adequate sample filling. CONSTITUTION:A thermocouple 6 is fusion-welded to a cylinder 5 and is so arranged that its end moves on the centerline of the cylinder made of a metal. If when the end of a glass made suction porr 1 is dipped in the liquid sample to be measured and the cylinder 5 of the syringe is moved in the pulling-out direction, the sample is drawn up while filling the inside of the suction port 1, metal cylinder 2 and outer tube 4 of the syringe. In a suitable position, the inner tube 5 is stopped. Next, while the entire part is being held in such a manner that the suction port 1 comes upward, the inner tube 5 is forced in, by which the air and bubbles in the syringe are preferentially exhausted and the liquid sample may be filled in the adequate state free from bubbles within the cylinder 2.
