摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning tool for a foundation anchor bolt capable of positioning the foundation anchor bolt in the vicinity of the center between a pair of forms or at an optional position irrespective of change of the width between the forms.
SOLUTION: This positioning tool 1 for the foundation anchor bolt includes a metallic substrate 2 arranged across upper end faces of the pair of concrete forms K1, K2, a through hole 5 for the foundation anchor bolt B formed in the vicinity of the center between the forms K1 and K2 in the substrate 2, a pair of protruding bars 6, 6 and a pair of protruding bars 8, 8 provided at symmetrical positions in the direction of width (W1) between the pair of concrete forms K1 and K2 on a surface 2a and a rear surface 2b of the substrate 2 and coming into contact with inner side faces of each form K1, K2, and a pair of inclination suppressing pieces 3 and a pair of inclination suppressing pieces 4 protruding from the surface 2a and the rear surface 2b at positions being substantially adjacent to the through hole 5. A distance between the pair of protruding bars 6 and 6 provided on the surface 2a of the substrate 2 is different from a distance between the pair of protruding bars 8 and 8 provided on the rear surface 2b of the substrate 2.
