PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill which can be constructed in the same manner as a manner for a conventional wood-based house while taking advantage of an aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: The sill 10 comprises a lower layer section 10A of the sill, which is installed along a top surface of a foundation K, and an upper layer section 10B of the sill, which is fixed to a top surface of the lower layer section 10B. The lower layer section 10A is formed of a hollow extruded shape made of the aluminum alloy, and the upper layer part 10B is formed of wood. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device for building capable of forming a viscoelastic body between rigid members in a damper part easily. SOLUTION: This vibration control device for building is composed of the damper part 6 constituted by forming the viscoelastic body 8 between the rigid members 7a and 7b overlapped mutually in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of diagonal bracing 5 orthogonally and arranging damper part constituent elements 61-64 in parallel in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the diagonal bracing 5 orthogonally, a first damper fixing part 9 fixing an end part on one side of the damper part 6 on an end part of the diagonal bracing 5 in the building, and a second damper fixing part fixing an end part on the other side of the damper part 6 on a structural member in the building other than the diagonal bracing. The rigid members 7a, 7b are formed like plate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control structure of a building, which makes working easily applied to a sill, and which prevents the enlargement of an vibration absorbing material from affecting the strength of the sill. SOLUTION: This seismic control structure of the building absorbs vibrations by the vibration absorbing material 7 which is installed between the foundation 1 and the sill 2 during earthquakes. The sill is composed of a metallic extruded shape with a hollow portion 21; a vibration absorbing material storage hole 23 is opened in an undersurface; and the vibration absorbing material 7 is housed in a vibration-absorbable manner in the hollow portion from the vibration absorbing material storage hole 23 of the sill. The vibration control of the building can be performed because the vibration absorbing material can absorb the horizontal and vertical vibrations transmitted to the sill during the earthquakes. Additionally, the vibration absorbing material can be inserted into the hollow portion only by drilling the vibration absorbing material storage hole in the undersurface of the sill. When the hollow portion of the metallic extruded shape constituting the sill has a rib, an end surface, which is cut off in such a manner as to correspond to the vibration absorbing material storage hole, of the rib abuts on the vibration absorbing material housed in the hollow portion, and enables the longitudinal vibrations of the sill to be absorbed by the vibration absorbing material, so that the vibration control of the building can be performed. SOLUTION: This positioning tool 1 for the foundation anchor bolt includes a metallic substrate 2 arranged across upper end faces of the pair of concrete forms K1, K2, a through hole 5 for the foundation anchor bolt B formed in the vicinity of the center between the forms K1 and K2 in the substrate 2, a pair of protruding bars 6, 6 and a pair of protruding bars 8, 8 provided at symmetrical positions in the direction of width (W1) between the pair of concrete forms K1 and K2 on a surface 2a and a rear surface 2b of the substrate 2 and coming into contact with inner side faces of each form K1, K2, and a pair of inclination suppressing pieces 3 and a pair of inclination suppressing pieces 4 protruding from the surface 2a and the rear surface 2b at positions being substantially adjacent to the through hole 5. The support 20 comprises an extruded material having a hollow part 21 formed over the whole length, and a through hole 23 with a round cross section is formed from a lower end surface to an upper end surface of a peripheral wall 22 which forms a hollow part 21. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-termite structure of a building, which enables an anti-termite material to be easily mounted on the column material the anti-termite material for surely preventing the intrusion of a termite and feeding damage thereby even on the occurrence of dimensional distortion in a column material. SOLUTION: This anti-termite structure of the building protects the building from the intrusion of the termite and the feeding damage thereby. In the anti-termite structure, the two approximately L-shaped cross-section anti-termite materials 10 with corrosion resistance against the termite are fitted into a surface of a portion, having a predetermined height or lower, of the column material 4 erected on a sill 2 laid on the foundation 1 of the building, from a diagonal direction so as to abut on the adjacent surface of the column material 4. This enables the anti-termite material to be easily mounted on the column material, for surely preventing the intrusion of the termite and the feeding damage thereby even on the occurrence of the dimensional distortion in the column material.
