When receiving the risk notification information from the peripheral installation body 3, the central installation body 2 dispatches flood alarm to the periphery.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope stabilization system which simplifies countermeasure works according to the situation of existing slope to reduce a risk of slope failure occurrence if only a little, while minimizing a damage in case of slope failure, and also allows residents to take appropriate action if the possibility of slope failure increases. SOLUTION: The slope stabilization system constructs a slope stabilization structure, which effectively can exert resistance in association with movement of soil mass on slope to minimize moving level of the unstable soil mass, on the slope. In this case, construction work is made at a factor of safety Fs exceeding 1.0 and lower than 1.2. A displacement sensor is installed in a slope stabilization member body composing the slope stabilization structure, a hazard signal sending means which sends out hazard signal based on any signal sensed by the displacement sensor when the soil mass on the affected slope has moved is prepared, and a hazard signal receiving means for receiving transmission data outputted from this hazard signal sending section is also prepared. SOLUTION: The permeable check dam comprises at least two structures 11 erected at a space in the width direction of a river W, and at least one bar-like body 12 extended between the structures 11 in a state of being curved downstream of the river W. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural slope stabilizing method which can effectively prevent the outflow of sediment from a depression when the depression is formed in a natural slope. SOLUTION: In this natural slope stabilizing method, a bearing member 2, which is mounted on the head of each anchor 1 installed on the natural slope, is fastened, and the anchors 1 are connected together by means of a wire rope 3. In a location where the depression 13 is provided in a portion along the wire rope 3, a member for preventing the outflow of the sediment, for example, a rod-like member 11 is arranged along the wire rope 3, and held on a ground surface. Since the rod-like member 11 is arranged in such a manner as to fill the depression between the anchors, the action of preventing the outflow of the sediment can be effectively exerted on the depression even if the rope is lifted in the air. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively produce a slope stabilizing effect by a wire rope. SOLUTION: In a natural slope stabilizing method, a large number of anchors 1 are installed on a natural slope in triangular arrangement so as to be located at the vertexes of triangles each having one side formed in an inclined direction of the slope, and a bearing plate 3 is mounted to each anchor 1 and fastened to apply bearing pressure to the ground. The heads of the respective anchors 1 are connected by the wire rope 2 to provide connection between the anchor heads at least in the vertical direction of the slope. After connecting the respective anchor heads by the wire rope 2, the tensile force of the wire rope is measured using a tensimeter detachable from the wire rope, to correct the tensile force of the wire rope. Since the initial tension of the wire rope is corrected while being measured by the tensimeter, appropriate initial tension can be set for the construction field and construction conditions, and the slope stabilizing effect by the wire rope can be effectively produced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a reinforcing-bar distortion detection structure capable of detecting clod movement on a slope with high sensitivity into a cylindrical reinforcing-bar when performing reinforcing-bar insertion work using the cylindrical reinforcing-bar.SOLUTION: In a hollow sensor rod 5, a small diameter part 7 and a large diameter part 8 for forming a little gap to an inner surface of a cylindrical reinforcing-bar 1 are formed alternately. The hollow sensor rod 5 is inserted into the cylindrical reinforcing-bar 1 and both ends of the hollow sensor rod 5 are fixed to the cylindrical reinforcing-bar 1. A distortion gauge 13 is affixed on an outer circumferential surface of the small diameter part 7 of the sensor rod, and a lead wire of the distortion gauge 13 is put from a hole which is opened in the small diameter part, into the sensor rod and pulled out of an apex of the cylindrical reinforcing-bar 1. When the cylindrical reinforcing-bar is bent and deformed by movement of clod, the sensor rod is bent and deformed in accordance with the bending deformation of the cylindrical reinforcing-bar by action of the large diameter part 8 which forms a little gap to the inner surface of the cylindrical reinforcing-bar 1. In that case, the outer circumferential surface of the small diameter part is distorted larger than the outer circumferential surface of the large diameter part, such that the bending deformation of the cylindrical reinforcing-bar 1 can be detected with high sensitivity by the distortion gauge affixed to the outer circumference of the small diameter part.

A turnbuckle accessory fitting 1 has a rod-like shape, has a male screw part 16 on one side thereof and has a female screw part 15 on the other side to connect the fastening central rotary part 6 to one fastening bolt of the two fastening bolts 11, 12. For example, the male screw part 16 of the accessory fitting 1 is screwed to one female screw part 4 of the fastening central rotary part 6, and a male screw part 7 of the first fastening bolt 11 is screwed to the female screw part 15 of the accessory fitting 1. A concavity part 18 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the accessory fitting 1, a strain gauge 19 is stuck to the concavity part 18, and a protection member 20 is provided for protecting the strain gauge 19. The turnbuckle 2 for general use can be inexpensively changed to a turnbuckle 3 with a tension sensor.
