SOLUTION: The electronic equipment storage box 1 comprises: a plurality of casings 2, 3; a silencer 4 having a breather 41a (an air inlet), and a silencer 5 having an exhaust vent. In the casings 2, 3, internal spaces S1, S2 communicate, the silencer 4 is provided at the casing 2, and the silencer 5 is provided at the casing 3. The silencer 4 comprises a duct 41 that is arranged at the upper portion of the casing 2 and communicates with the internal space S1 in the casing 2, and a plurality of silencer panels 42 provided in parallel one another along the flow of air inside the duct 41. The silencer 5 comprises: a duct 51 that is arranged at the upper portion of the casing 3 and communicates with the internal space S2 in the casing 3; a plurality of silencer panels 52 provided in parallel one another along the flow of air inside the duct 51; and an exhaust fan fixed to the duct 51.
