摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position and fix frame materials.SOLUTION: A structure for mutually fixing frame materials using a bolt B and a nut N includes: a first frame material (a rafter 10) having a storage groove 11 storing a head of the bolt B; a second frame material (a horizontal joist 30) fixed to the first frame material; a reinforcing member (a first reinforcing member 50) stored in the storage groove 11; and a positioning screw 70 provided in the first frame material. The first frame material has a pair of locking parts 12, 12 extending inside from groove side walls on both sides of the storage groove 11. The reinforcing member is inserted along a groove longitudinal direction into the storage groove in a state penetrated by a shaft of the bolt B, and held between the head of the bolt B and the locking part 12 while restricting its installation position in at least one direction of the groove longitudinal directions by the positioning screw 70. The locking part 12 and the second frame material are held between the reinforcing member and the nut N.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase electric conductivity between respective frame members.SOLUTION: A frame member fixing structure having a bolt B and a nut N for fixing respective frame members each other comprises: a first frame member (a rafter 10) having a housing groove 11 for housing a head portion of the bolt B; a second frame member (a horizontal joist 30) fixed onto the first frame member; a reinforcement member (a first reinforcement member 50) housed in the housing groove 11; and a metal ring 80 for surrounding a shank of the bolt B. The first frame member includes a pair of engaging parts 12, 12 which are extended toward inside from both sides of groove side walls of the housing groove 11. The reinforcement member is in-between of the bolt B head and the engaging part 12 while having the shank of the bolt B is penetrated therethrough. The engaging part 12 and the second frame member are held between the reinforcement member and a nut N. The metal ring 80 is contacted with the reinforcement member and the second frame member.
