摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for processing gene expression data for searching novel inside standard genes more excellent conventional genes, which can be universally and usefully used for standardizing gene expression without being limited to a specific organization or a study and the inside standard genes searched by the method.SOLUTION: House keeping genes of 2,087 pieces is found out by searching novel standard genes by integrally analyzing different data sets by introducing the concept of "zero ratio" and coefficients of variation. the method for processing and analyzing the gene expression data for identifying the inside standard genes is also disclosed.
