    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the slippage of a center clue to spring back action after assembly by keeping pressure acting on a bearing cup so as to be equal to elastic deformation load detected in a previous press-fitting process. CONSTITUTION:Elastic deforformation load acting on a shaft 12a and a bearing cup 14 or the displacement of a spider shaft 12 in press-fitting the bearing cup 14 on a shaft end on one side being coaxial with the spider shaft 12 are detected. Loads acting on the ends of two coaxial shafts 12a, 12a are mutually balanced even after assembled to a yoke 11 by press-fitting the bearing cup 14 on the shaft end on another side on the above detected value under the same condition, and the spider shaft 12 can thereby be assembled so as to keep an aligned state.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a coil compact by improving the winding method of the coil and to prevent disorder in aligned state of a coil wire in a coil manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In this concentrate winding coil, a coil wire is wound so as to form a plurality of layers, and the coil wire is wound so as to form a row in every layer. At this time, a layer shift part U1 in which the coil wire is shifted from one layer to a next layer and a row shift part C2 in which the coil wire is shifted to a neighboring row inside the next layer are deviated to separate positions in the circumferential direction of the coil. Due to a layer shift and a row shift, the inclination and the floating of the coil wire are divided, and it is possible to prevent a lump from being generated in the end- face of the coil. In addition, it is suitable that the coil wire whose layer is shifted is supported by a plate or the like so as to suppress the inclination of the wire. In another way, row shift parts are arranged in different positions in every layer. In addition, in another way, a layer shift part and a row shirt part are arranged in the corner part of the coil.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for making it unnecessary to correct twisting of a flat square wire coil, and for easily manufacturing a flat square wire coil at low costs. SOLUTION: A round wire 3 having a circular cross-section is wound around a coil reel 1. When a coil former 25 is rotated by a coil former motor 29, the round wire 3 is pulled and led from the coil reel 1. The round wire 3 is crushed by a flat square molding roller 7 so that a flat square wire 9 having a rectangular cross-section can be formed. The flat square wire 9 is directly wound around a coil former 25 as it is, so that a flat square coil 39 can be formed. The formation of the flat square wire and the winding around the coil former 25 is executed in a series of continuous processes so that it is not necessary to execute any process for removing twisting of the flat square wire. Thus, the flat square wire coil 39 can be formed of the inexpensive round wire 3 by a simple and inexpensive device. Moreover, it is desired that the dimension and shape of the flat square wire can be varied by controlling the clearance width of the molding roller and any tension acting on the flat square wire after passing the roller.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate entrance of coolant to a gap between a polishing cloth paper and a work, by a method wherein a press relaxing device to temporarily relax the press force of a press member in the middle of a grinding work is situated to a press member drive device. CONSTITUTION:During a grinding work, a solenoid 120 is repeatedly de-excited and excited in a given pattern. Under the de-excited state, arms 28 and 30 press a polishing paper 20 against a work 10 by means of a press force necessary to grinding, and thereby coolant in a sufficient flow rate is difficult to flow through a contact part between the work 10 and the polishing paper 20. However, with the solenoid 120 excited and the press forces of the arms 28 and 30 relaxed, the coolant fed between the work 10 and the polishing paper 20 flows through and in a gap between the work 10 and the polishing paper 20 in a state that the arms 28 and 30 are forcibly separated from the polishing paper 20 against the press force of the arms 28 and 30. As a result, the coolant in a sufficient flow rate flows through the whole of a contact part between the polishing paper 20 and the work 10, and grinding powder is excellent discharged.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of clogging by smoothly discharging the grinding chips by supplying coolant into the nonworked surface side opened port of a feeding passage formed inside a workpiece and allowing said coolant to flow into between the worked surface and a polishing cloth from the worked surface side opened port. CONSTITUTION:In the state where a polishing paper 28 is pressed onto the journal part 16 of a crankshaft 10 by a shoe, the crankshaft 10 is revolved, and grinding work is carried out by the polishing paper 28. In this case, a coolant feeding arm 82 moves, following the revolution of the crankshaft 10, and the coolant supplied from a coolant feeding source is supplied from the liquid passage 88 of the arm 82 into the non-worked surface side opened port of a feeding passage 80 formed inside the crankshaft 10. Further, the coolant is discharged from the worked surface side opened port of the feeding passage 80 which communicates to the nonworked surface side opened port, and flows into between the outer peripheral surface of the journal part 16 and the polishing cloth 28, and working chips are discharged. Therefore, clogging of the polishing paper 28 is suppressed, and the grinding work precision can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reliably feed an enough coolant to a space between a workpiece and a polishing cloth paper, to prevent the occurrence of choking with a polishing cloth paper, and to improve machining precision, by a method wherein a coolant is caused to enter from the non-contact part of the polishing cloth paper to a space between the workpiece and the contact part of the polishing cloth paper. CONSTITUTION:A work 10 is rotated in a state to press a part, in which a through-hole 68 of a polishing paper 20 is formed, against a work 10 to perform a grinding work. In this case, a coolant fed through a hose 84 fed through the through-hole (non-contact part) 68 of the polishing paper 20 to a space between the work 10 and the contact part of the polishing cloth 20. In this case, since coolant feed passages 72 and 74 are opened to projected parts 62 and 64 pressing the surroundings of the through-hole 68 against the work 10, the coolant is forced to enter between the work 10 and the polishing paper 20. The entering coolant is spread over the whole of a contact part between the polishing paper 20 and the work 10 along with rotation of the work 10 to wash out grinding powder. As a result, the occurrence of a hocking of the polishing paper 20 is reduced, and machining precision is improved.
