As the temperature of the working fluid detected by the temperature sensor 14 lowers, the control circuit 50 exerts control to increase the number of rotations of the electric motor 6. Furthermore, the hydraulic device includes the second temperature sensor 16 which detects the temperature of the hydraulic pump 1 and the control circuit 50 stops the rotation of the electric motor 6 when the temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 16 reaches or exceeds the setting temperature. If the pressure inside the control panel box 12 is higher than that outside the control panel box 12, the dehumidifier 30 is stopped.
