SOLUTION: The trim cover 2 is formed into a bag-like shape by sewing with a sewing machine thread 7. The trim cover 2 includes: a skin 5 comprising a synthetic resin having substantially no permeability; and a slab urethane foam material 6 fixed to the back surface of the skin 5 and having permeability, and is two-layer type. Further, in the slab urethane foam material 6, permeability is 5-50 cc/cm 2 /sec, density is 40-55 kg/m 3 , the number of cells is 55-80/25 mm, and 25% compression hardness is 90-200 N/100 cm 2 . SOLUTION: This integration-foaming molding die 10 is arranged with a wall face 15 of a cavity 12a to be sided to an inner side than a position of an outer shape L1 of a headrest 1 by a compression-estimated thickness W of a wadding 6a due to foaming pressure when integration-foaming-molded. The structure is simplified when using the molding die 10, and the outer shape dimension of the headrest 1 is controlled with high precision. The molding die 10 allows the headrests 1 using the various waddings 6a, 6b different in densities in respective portions to be foamed easily, and the headrests 1 of various shapes and feelings are manufactured precisely and easily by this manner. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a low air permeable seat trim cover used for integral foaming of wadding, in which a double layer structure of a surface material and a wadding material are employed, a uniform low air permeable layer can be formed on the surface of the wadding material without the surface material, urethane foaming solution can be prevented from penetrating into the wadding material to prevent occurrence of uneven partial hardness upon integral foaming the wadding, a touch feeling is kept, a soft touch feeling can be secured on the surface of the formed product, furthermore, time and labor in a separate process is not required and the integral foaming is carried out in a laminating process, and a resin film used in a barrier layer is eliminated to reduce material cost to achieve low cost production.SOLUTION: While moving a band shape wadding material 12 continuously in one direction, one face 13 of the band shape wadding material 12 is heated and fused. Simultaneously, while a band shape surface material 15 is moved in one direction continuously, the material is continuously piled up on the fused one face 13 of the band shape wadding material 12 and adhering and laminated. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat for preventing a creak from being generated without utilizing any mold lubricant and adhesive.SOLUTION: A trim cover of a vehicle seat is an integrally foamed article, where a bag body 3 is formed of a skin material 1 and a back supporting fabric 2 and a foaming liquid is injected into the bag body 3, thus bringing a foamed pad supported by a frame into close contact with the back of the bag body 3, and hence preventing a creak from being generated even without utilizing any adhesive. Further, the foaming liquid does not abut on a metal mold 10 even if the bag body 3 is put into the metal mold 10 for forming, thus eliminating the need for coating a cavity surface of the metal mold 10 with the mold lubricant.
