Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for detecting a fault in a communication node that can surely detect a fault in a node without causing consecutive erroneous determination of arbitration failure with other nodes. SOLUTION: When a priority of a communication state of a CAN bus at data transmission is higher than that of a data frame in CAN communication, the transmission of the data frame to the CAN bus is interrupted as an arbitration failure. Then whether or not the arbitration failure is generated for a prescribed number of times for the same data frame is discriminated. When the discrimination indicates an affirmative result, the priority of the data frame in the arbitration region is raised for the insertion of stuff bits in compliance with the rules of the CAN communication. Thus, a fault in the node is detected on the basis of a communication state of the CAN bus with respect to the transmission of the data frame whose priority is revised to the CAN bus. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly specify the failured portion of a system when the system is in failure in an entire cooperative control node group, in relation to a network system and a failure diagnosis method of the network system. SOLUTION: In the network system 10 constituting the cooperative control node group in which a plurality of nodes 12 connected via a multiplex communication line 14 cooperate in performing control, an instruction for requesting transmission of output at a simultaneous time is issued to all the nodes 12 in the cooperative control node group, and after that, an output signal to be transmitted from each of the nodes 12 is taken to specify the failured portion in the cooperative control node group. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal condition determining system determining abnormal condition without being influenced by communication delay. SOLUTION: In the abnormal condition determining system, ECU 10 and 20 having abnormal condition determining means are connected with each other through a communication line 40, and abnormal condition determination by the ECU 20 is carried out by using information about an abnormal condition determination result sent from the ECU 10. An synchronous stamp issuing ECU 30 sending a periodically changing synchronous stamp to the ECU 10 and 20 is provided. The ECU 20 holds the synchronous stamp which the ECU 20 itself receives at the time of abnormal condition determination, and the ECU10 sends information about the abnormal condition determination result with the synchronous stamp which the ECU 20 itself receives at the time of abnormal condition determination, thereby enabling to use the information about the abnormal condition determination result at the same time as the abnormal condition determination time of the ECU 20. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detail data to be recorded in a recording apparatus without increasing a communication amount of a multiplexed communication line between a node and the recording apparatus in regard to a data recording system. SOLUTION: In the data recording system sampling and recording in a recording apparatus 14 the data to be transmitted to a multiplexed communication line 12 from a plurality of nodes 10 at each predetermined period, when it is required to record more detailed data than in an ordinary time, by issuing an order from external diagnosis apparatus etc. connected to the multiplexed communication line 12 to each node 10, a portion or an entire scope of the data transmission right to the multiplexed communication line 12 is transferred from a predetermined one or more nodes 10 to other one or more predetermined nodes 10. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway apparatus and a faulty location estimating method whereby time and effort required for diagnosing a faulty location are considerably reduced on the occurrence of reception abnormality. SOLUTION: In a communication system including the gateway apparatus for interconnecting at least two different communication buses, the gateway apparatus includes a function of transmitting notice data, for informing a relay destination node of data about no arrival of the data to the gateway apparatus by a predetermined timing, to the relay destination node, the fault location estimating method estimates that a fault takes place in a data sender node itself or a communication path from the sender node to the gateway apparatus when the relay destination node does not receive the data and the relay destination node receives the notice data, and the faulty location estimating method estimates that a fault takes place in the gateway apparatus itself or a communication path from the gateway apparatus to the relay destination node when the relay destination node does not receive the data and the notice data. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording device for a vehicle capable of certainly detecting recording omission of data, etc. transmitted from an electronic control device. SOLUTION: This data recording device 14 for the vehicle has a data storage means 14a to temporarily store a data transmitted from a node 10 and a data recording means 14b to constantly record a data stored in the data storage means in specified timing and constitutes its characteristic feature that a code showing a transmitting order of the data is given to the data transmitted from the node 10. Favorably, the code to show the transmitting order of the data is a code to show the transmitting order of the data by circulating more than three recognizable values in a specified order. Or, favorably, the code to show the transmitting order of the data is given by the node 10 when the node 10 transmits the data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the time difference between the instruction to a stop node and a notice to a non-stop node in a cooperation control node group in a network system, and a trouble diagnosing method of the network system. SOLUTION: In the network system 10, a plurality of nodes 12 connected over a multiplex communication line 14 mutually control in coordination to constitute a cooperation control node group. For diagnosing a trouble in the cooperation control node group, the system 10 issues both an instruction for executing the operation stop or operation fix to be fed to a node 12 in the cooperation control node group, and a notice showing the operation stop or operation fix of the node 12 to be fed to all other nodes 12 in the cooperation control node group, using both as each.
