PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system and a communication method that can appropriately exchange data even if a communication state changes between a mobile object and an external device that are exchanging the data.SOLUTION: A communication system communicates a group of data including multiple types of vehicle data between an on-vehicle communication device 21 mounted on a vehicle and a first service server outside the vehicle via a communication line. The communication system comprises: a transmission time calculation unit 228 that calculates the transmission rate of the communication line on the basis of the transmission state of the vehicle data via the communication line; a data editing unit 222 that adjusts the amounts of the respective pieces of vehicle data forming the data group to the amounts of data corresponding to the calculated transmission rate respectively, and generates a communication object data group on the basis of the data with the adjusted amounts of data; and a data transmission unit 227 that transmits the data group generated by the data editing unit 222 via the communication line.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network capable of effectively suppressing distortion in waveform.SOLUTION: In a communication network 1, a plurality of nodes 10 configured to transmit and receive signals are connected via a transmission line 20 using a differential signal line. The communication network 1 includes a plurality of branch points 31-3n, at which the transmission line 20 branches off, and a plurality of resistances R1-Rn configured to connect differential signal lines of the branch points to the plurality of branch points 31-3n, respectively. A synthetic resistance value of the resistances R1-Rn, when all the resistances are connected in parallel, is set to a value approximately 1/2 of a characteristic impedance of the transmission line 20.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality monitoring recovery device for enhancing the possibility of obtaining a normal final output value more by improving the conventional redundancy mechanism.SOLUTION: N variants 13 perform processing in a parallel manner, and output an intermediate output value 23 (S12). Next, n normality determination parts 14 perform processing in a parallel manner, and output a normality determination result 24 (S13). A determination part 16 confirms whether a variant 13 determined to be "certainly normal" in normality determination exists (S21). In the case that the variant 13 exists (Y of S21), the determination part 16 outputs an intermediate output value 23 of the variant 13 determined to be "certainly normal" as the final output value 25 (S23).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device in which communication capability to transmit communication data based on the same protocol is easily increased without increasing the number of wiring cables, and to provide a communication system using the same, and a communication method used for the same.SOLUTION: A communication device is connected with a communication bus 21 and transmits/receives communication data through the communication bus. The communication device comprises: a transmission module 60 which transmits a communication signal TS1 modulated from communication data S1 to the communication bus 21; and a receiver module 50 which obtains communication data R1 by demodulating a communication signal TR1 received through the communication bus 21. The transmission module 60 modulates the communication data S1 on the basis of frequency dynamically varying within a prescribed transmission frequency band F1, and the receiver module 50 demodulates the modulated and received communication signal corresponding to the frequency band F1 to obtain the communication data S1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly notify a forgotten operation for an on-vehicle equipment to a vehicle user, while conformed with a characteristic of the individual vehicle user, as to a vehicular condition notification device and a vehicular condition notification system. SOLUTION: The possibility that a condition of the on-vehicle equipment 10 corresponds to the forgotten operation of the vehicle user is transmitted from the on-vehicle equipment to a center 14, together with condition information of a vehicle, when the on-vehicle equipment such as an engine or an air conditioner is not under a regular condition. History information as to operations for the on-vehicle equipments is accumulated in every of the vehicle users, in a database 62 provided in the center 14. The center 14 determines whether the condition of the on-vehicle equipment is caused by the forgotten operation of the vehicle user or not, based on the history information accumulated in the database 62 as to the operation for the on-vehicle equipment in the vehicle user, and notifies the forgotten operation for the on-vehicle equipment to a terminal 12 of the vehicle user, only when determined as "YES". PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which can reduce an influence given on the whole communication system by the change of structure of data to be transmitted by a part of devices, and a relay connection unit and a communication method. SOLUTION: In the communication system with an ECU 3 which relays messages to be transmitted from ECUs 1, 2 to an ECU 4, the data structure storage part 302 of the ECU 3 stores the data structure of a message M1 transmitted from the ECU 1 as data structure of a standard message, and the message transfer part 301 of the ECU 3 transfers, when a message M1' of data structure different from that of the stored standard message is transmitted from the ECU 1, the message M1 of the data structure of the standard message and the message M1' to the ECU 4. Thus, the ECU 4 can also receive the message M1 of the same data structure of the standard message as that before change, and receive the message M1 without the need of changing specifications.
