摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for the culture and stabilization of pluripotent stem cells, capable of maintaining pluripotency thereof without serum.SOLUTION: The invention relates to compositions comprising a basal salt nutrient solution and means for stimulating ErbB2-directed tyrosine kinase activity in differentiable cells, and to methods of culturing differentiable cells. The methods comprise plating the differentiable cells on a cell culture surface, providing a basal salt nutrient solution to the differentiable cells and providing a ligand that specifically binds ErbB3. The invention also relates to a roller bottle comprising a culture medium of primate stem cell (pPSC) aggregates suspended in a physiologically acceptable medium.
