    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium capable of growing a neural cell along a prescribed direction and a neural transplant obtained by utilizing the culture medium.SOLUTION: This culture medium is used for culturing the neurites of the neural cell and includes a substrate and a carbon nanotube structural material located on the substrate. The carbon nanotube structural material includes a plurality of carbon nanotube wires installed as lateral one raw by taking a space or intersecting, and each of the carbon nanotube wires consists of a plurality of carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotube wire is used for guiding the growing direction of the neurites of the neural cell and the space between the adjacent carbon nanotube wires is equal to or larger than the diameter of the neurites of the neural cell. The nerve transplant includes a living body substrate, the carbon nanotube structural material and a neural network. The plurality of neurites of the neural cell in the neural network elongate along the plurality of carbon nanotube wires and form patterned neurites.
