PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing a core of a vacuum insulation panel capable of easily expanding the size of the maximum manufacturing area per molding of the core, and capable of being applied to mass production while reducing the manufacturing time of the core.SOLUTION: The system comprises: molding die parts arranged along one direction to provide a molding space; a plurality of raw material feeding parts of feeding core raw materials to the molding space; a pressure molding part arranged between the raw material feeding parts and provided with the molding die parts fed with the core raw materials by the raw material feeding parts and performing pressurizing; and a transferring part of transferring the molding die parts.
Abstract:
A space-saving in-flight trash compactor, comprising a trash chute, a compactor mechanism, and a storage chamber that includes an interface for the trash chute. Trash deposited in the trash chute is channeled into the storage chamber. Either or both of the compactor mechanism and the storage chamber are rotatably attached to one or two axles. During maintenance or trash removal, the compactor mechanism or storage chamber may swivel around an axle to permit ease of access.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for molding a core of a vacuum insulation material, capable of molding a pattern on a surface of the core so that a packaging material can closely adhere to the core and capable of easily discharging air and foreign objects from a molding space.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a pair of molding plates distanced from and facing each other to form a molding space where a core is molded, where the molding plates comprise a pattern portion that transcripts a pattern on the core and an exhaust cavity penetrating therethrough in a thickness direction; a molding cast to close the molding space from the outside; and a pressing portion to press at least one of the pair of molding plates.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding the core of a vacuum insulation panel capable of preventing the generation of the deformation of a core in accordance with the difference of core density.SOLUTION: The method comprises: a raw material feeding step of providing a core raw material into a molding space formed via a molding device including a pair of molding plates and a molding die; a pressurizing step of pressurizing the core raw material by the movement of a pair of the molding plates to mold a core; a moving step of moving the formed core to the outside of the molding die in a state where the separation distance of a pair of the molding plates is fixedly retained; and a carrying-out step of carrying out the molded core.
