A hot axial pressing method for sintering a ceramic powder, particularly doped Gd2O2S, comprises the step of placing a first porous body (7), the ceramic powder (9) and a second porous body (7) into a mould shell (5) supported by a support (13, 14). The ceramic powder (9) is located between the porous bodies (7). Gaseous components are evacuated from the ceramic powder (9) up to an ambient pressure of less than 0.8 bar. The porous body (7) and the ceramic powder (9) are heated to a maximum temperature of at least 900° C. and are applied to a pressure up to a maximum pressure of at least 75 Mpa. According to the invention the variation in time of the heating step and the variation in time of the pressure applying step is adjusted to each other such that the mould shell 5 is held by the porous bodies (7) and/or the ceramic powder (9) in a state where the mould shell (5) and the support (13, 14) are disconnected with respect to each other.

PURPOSE: To prevent the seepage of cosmetic by using a specific container and dripping a cosmetic dissolved in a solvent, and to obtain a cosmetic free from surface mottling by applying a water-absorbing film to the upper surface of the cosmetic container and applying pressure to the film to effect the absorption of the solvent. CONSTITUTION: A proper amount of a viscous solution of cosmetic 11, 21 dissolved in a solvent is dripped to a dish-shaped top-opened container 20 having a filter 23 at the bottom. A water-absorbing film 45 is applied to the top of the container 20 containing the cosmetic, and a pressing block 41 (preferably a porous block) fitting to the top opening of the container 20 is placed on the film 45 to press the cosmetic 20 in the container. The solvent in the cosmetic is absorbed through the filter of the bottom of the container. The solvent in the cosmetic 20 is absorbed also from the top by the use of a porous material as the pressing block 41. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing a core of a vacuum insulation panel capable of easily expanding the size of the maximum manufacturing area per molding of the core, and capable of being applied to mass production while reducing the manufacturing time of the core.SOLUTION: The system comprises: molding die parts arranged along one direction to provide a molding space; a plurality of raw material feeding parts of feeding core raw materials to the molding space; a pressure molding part arranged between the raw material feeding parts and provided with the molding die parts fed with the core raw materials by the raw material feeding parts and performing pressurizing; and a transferring part of transferring the molding die parts.
