Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holonomic floating mobile body, the total thrust vector of which can be controlled with high precision.SOLUTION: A floating moving body A operated in gravity includes a machine body M, and six or more thrusters Si (in Fig.1, i=1, 2 to 8) generating thrust by changing momentum of a fluid. The six or more thrusters Si are controlled respectively independently so that the thrust becomes a desired value. Moreover, in a machine coordinate system defined on the machine body M, a possible occurrence region of a total thrust vector obtained by synthesizing the thrust vectors generated by all the thrusters Si stretches a six-dimensional space in a translational three directions and rotational three directions. Furthermore, in all the thrusters Si, the thrusters are arranged so that a flow flowing in/out of one of the thrusters (for example, S) is separated from flows flowing in/out of all the other thrusters (for example, S-S), and moreover, separated from all the machine structure excluding the one thruster (for example, S) itself.
